I printed some business cards. The person who helped me helped me very little. The printing went wrong. I came back to correct the error. They informed me that I had to pay again. Call the customer service.this company for inaccuracies

Just left this location. The store is supposed to close at 8pm. However, the employees dimmed all the lights and pulled the side curtain down at 7: 15. When asked about why this is done earlier, their response was that it’s done by the corporate office automatically and that they had nothing to do with it! This statement does not seem to be true; I hope the corporate office reads this and check into it! If a store wants to close at 7: 30, they should post their hour at 7: 30 and not 8.

Called about my monitor being replaced and people was laughing at my situation which I don’t think is very funny I just purchased a monitor on 04/30/2020 and it doesn’t work and guess what they can’t do nothing about it and I have to work from home but you laughing at me is not respectful at all

I do not own a printer. It is extremely rare I need to print a document. Due to COVID-19, the library and business center in my apartment were closed. Printing a document here was really simple and cheap.

I forgot the guy's name, but he's a thinner black male who I believe is a manager. Anyway, if you see him in there he's super helpful. I walked in, he sought me out, led me to where i wanted to go, and I was out of there in less than five minutes. He knew exactly what I needed and got me out of there quickly. He knows the store, knows the products, and is a no-nonsense kind of guy. Highly recommend.

I have to stop and say something now and in the moment. There are so many people I could Rave about but Today. George has all my Love! He is kind and helpful and Authentic, you made my night. May your spirt always be so warm!

Best customer service. Greeted as soon as i walked in, nice and quiet place. Friendly staff helped my clueless self with faxing papers

Didn't find what I was looking for; but store associates was helpful and call around other Office Depot if they have the item I need.

Needed some papers laminated. The girl working the area was very kind but she was the only one working and the customers were stacking up. They needed someone helping her. Their bulk cutter was not working so after waiting I had to go elsewhere.

Yep, print shop still understaffed. Stores employees not allowed to work or help in print shop. Only 1 person able to work the register and take orders. Manager not well trained in customer service either. Only use this location if its convenient and you can't go somewhere else.

The service at this particular store is consistently much better than the other stores. When I need something, I make it a point to come here over other office depots (even though farther) because they make the small things hassle free and are just plain nicer.

Jamie in the copy and print center is amazing! Helped me figure out what I needed in a timely manner despite juggling constant interruptions!

Do NOT use this store for printing needs. They acted like they knew what they were doing and messed all of my printing up. Not to mention, there phone system was down so I couldn't call to get a status update. I had to leave my job to check on the prints. They are completely unprofessional and I ended up going to Kinko's and had all of my needs met without any hassle.

I was in a hurry to get a gift before I had to be at work, and they noticed and were very helpful. They even opened a checkout lane for me. Thanks.

Too bad to print and scan! Their machines do not work and also customer service! You can't scan without USB and they want you to buy it here

It's a borderline useless store. Everything here is "limited" and they really aren't very flexible in their abilities. If you need printing done.or anything more than just a packet of pens for that matter, I suggest you try someone who specializes in that stuff. Dollars to donuts says the only thing keeping this place in business in ink and paper.

I tried to get prints here but the girl didn't know what she was doing and ultimately told me that the layout I wanted was impossible. Went to another one (near willowbrook mall off of 249) and they had me in and out in 10 minutes with what I asked for.

Great experience in this location: manager is greeting customer and listen to customer needs, eager to help. The supervisor in Copy and Print section is awesome - she understood your request and provided better solutions. They take good care of you and your needs!
