Buyer Beware!
I was in a bind for a file cabinet. I went online and chose one that said they had it in stock. A few days later I checked online and it said my order had been shipped. Then I received an email that said my order had been shipped. Later they said my item was on backlog. 3 mistakes on this one item.

2.50 for a single black and white copy as a sur charge until the. 15 a copy is over that amount. Talk about not customer friendly.

Since I am now working from home, I frequent Office Depot on Forest ln more than I usually would. JJ is always super helpful, always cheerful. He is a good example of good customer service.

I dont know what happened, but all the staff was replaced! I was not pleased with the new staff. I hope they bring the old staff back.

Their service here is so bad. They can’t get copies right I always have to return because of their errors then I have to wait in line when there’s no one else waiting!

Stay away from this store. Office depot isn't bad, but the employees here are the worst. Especially a guy named Willy. Tech support here sucks too. Willy was extremely rude and made it obvious he didn't want to help at all. Then the tech support guy sets up my account putting typos in my email address and physical address ensuring that I have no access to my account and can't even cancel my subscription. No one at this store cares. They all clearly hate their jobs, and hate their customers.

Laura at the printing help desk is AWESOME! I didn't come completely prepared but she went out of her way to make sure I was settled. I've never experienced service like this from any location.

Went in to cut some paper that was printed at home. They allowed us to use their precision cutting board. Thx!

They have done a lot to improve the looks of this place. You can find almost anything you want relative to office supplies.

Excellent place.not much rush. People are very nice and warm.

Let me start by saying the only redeeming quality about this place is FRANK and his awesome and entertaining dad jokes. He is a light of joy in this place. On the contrary, Doreen is SO rude and demeaning. She treats every question you ask like YOU, the customer, are supposed to be the printing expert! She is just plain rude. Try to work with someone else at all costs.

Worst support from tech service Willy. Hidden charges are added at the end, they are not keeping the promises.pls stay away from this store.frustrated with false statement.money is the only motive from Willy.when I asked him why is the false statement.requested to meet his manager.he said he is the manager.worst experience

Something seriously wrong with this Store. Employees working the Print Center do not understand the equipment they have and therefore can not operate it. Went for 53 pages 11x17 and after waiting 20 minutes was told that it’s going to take a long time and to come back in a hour. Returned in a hour and she said it messed up I have to try again. Seemed very shaky and possibly on drugs.

The people don't know anything about the equipment they have and when I asked for somebody who did, I was on the phone with tech support and getting it taken care of. Nobdody ever came when I asked for a sales associate that had proper knowledge of the equipment

Usually, associates always greet customers and check on them frequently at the office depots I've visited in the past. I never had anyone check on me even once at this location. Lots of associates just standing around and talking. I needed help and couldn't get anyone's attention. It took me 30 min to finally find an item since it was so low in stock, it was hidden out of sight. Line was long also, with only one cashier.

Out of merchandise, asked for help and could not get it, when asked for manager I found out it was the unhelpful individual.if sales are down.look no further.

Easy to locate what I was looking for. Got IMMEDIATE assistance for item I couldn't find. Check out was also easy and the cashiers friendly.

I have visited many Office Depots and We nearly spend around 700 a month to them
But this specific one is amazing
DOREEN is a very very amazing person in everything she does!
Well knowledge person, I really recomended to everyone on their business needs!

Great customer service and will definitely come visit this location again. Jasmine was very helpful and help me with printing some invitations that I needed.
