Amazing Customer Service Darryl, Roxy, Corey and all the Associates at the River Oaks location are some of the most customer friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional individuals in their field.

I ordered a file cabinet from Office Depot and I’ve ordered other things and I always feel comfortable and satisfied. They have always given me personalized attention when I go to one of their stores. In this day and time I’ll take a friendly and positive attitude anytime!

Corey at the printing station had top tier customer service and was extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend for all your printing needs!

The printing center service is excellent, though they are busy, they still try their best to help me out. Printing services is here is much better than Walgreens.

Just wanted to share my experience at the store today! I was assisted by Corey in the printing area. I came in at the end of the day and needed some documents printed. As busy as he was, he stopped the world just to help me! He went over and beyond to make sure it got what I needed. He was very kind, caring attentive and very helpful in making sure everything was to my satisfaction. You truly are LUCKY to have such a hard and dedicated worker in Corey! Corey YOUR THE BEST! Thank you so much!

I had trouble with a print order so I went to talk to someone and luckily Roxie was there to help. She made sure what I needed printed would come out exactly how I needed it!

If you ever visit the Office Depot at river oaks/west grey ask for Nick. He is the best. Super patient, nice and very detailed oriented. He helped me with everything I needed, and even when I was in a rush he patiently made sure everything was neat and perfect. I’m definitely coming here again. 5 stars to Nick.

I was in immediate need of some type computer cable (I knew not what) and called this store. They knew exactly what I needed, but advised I bring my laptop in just to be sure. I was mixed up on closing time, so arrived 7 minutes after hours. 3 employees stayed until I arrived on a Saturday night to wait for me! LATER to help me. They didn't know why I needed the hookup so badly, but it didn't matter to them. They not only identified what I needed, but unwrapped it for me and instructed me on how to hook it up to my tv. So now they stayed even longer - maybe 20 minutes past closing time! While I will be more alert next time and arrive within store hours, the service I received last night was above and beyond. They are excellent representatives of Office Depot, and deserve every positive recognition they can receive. I will shop no other office store than this one when I am in Houston. Exemplary!

I didn't get the young lady's name, but she was extremely helpful. I appreciated her ability and willingness to multi-task between assisting her 1st customer, and me. I didn't have to wait, and she assisted me with printing my own documents.

Great self printing section. The self serve machines are great. Easy instructions and excellent print quality. Much better than maintaining a home printer for the few times I need it!

Today June 20 2022 at 12: 50 pm I came to make a copies. The guy that was in the copy department does not know how to use the print machine. I asked for a reduction of a documents and he didn’t know how to reduce to a letter size. I spent 1 hour and a half here and he wasn’t able to do what I was asking. I was tire to wait and finally asked him like a normal copy. He did a mess with my documents which were in a specific order so he made me to took out the staples and after that he returned all not in order. Seriously if you want to give a really good service you need to train people. And he was extremely slow and was acting like he didn’t care customer time. It was a tall white guy with glasses if you check your schedule you will know who it is. If you already want to make your service better of if you care! Never will come again here!
