I placed an order online for in-store pick up not even the store can tell me why it’s being printed in Dallas and shipped to the store but my order was not here the day it was supposed to be here. The store clerk had no more information that I could find online the toll-free number they gave me to contact the representative turned around and called the store that I had just been at and still no answer. I’m waiting for an email response back from someone in Dallas to find out where my order is and why it was not here when they said my delivery date would be 7 July.

Worst experience ever. People won't help unless you ask them. And they seemed scared to come from behind the counter.

They have a wide variety of things, including two hard-to-find items. Our work place uses the huge rubber bands to secure trash bags in the receptacle, and I personally like the blue, extra fine, 5 mm refills for Pilot's G2 pens.

The manager treated us badly after a transaction did not go through. It showed pending on my bank, so I was reluctant to pay again because I didn’t want to pay twice. The associate was helpful and professional he went to get the manager to help. The manger whipped the screen around, made rude facial expressions, and talked rudely to my wife when my wife called her out for being rude. Customer service is at a low level at this location. I think I’m better off shopping online.

Easily found what I needed and the checkout clerk price matched my items for me without my having to ask.

Got copies of my resume at OfficeMax on Soncy in Amarillo, because I don't have a printer. Also, recently I got copies of my food handlers certificate on really thick quality paper! Gerry is nice and very helpful.

Nice friendly people, very helpful in every way! I will be returning for all my office supplies and other things. They also offer free diagnosis test on computers and they also sell stamps.

I use the print and copy services frequently for both my business and personal needs. They always strive for perfection and are very honest. I'm always happy when I hear "This is going to take a little longer because we want it to be exactly right, is that ok? " YES I am so appreciative they strive for quality.
