Same day printing service? Not at this location. Everytime I've been here there's absolutely no one shopping in this store. Went in yesterday to check on my order and was told there's only two people there and there hasn't been any printing services for 2 days but assured me my order would be ready today. They're closed today. Like why is customer service so difficult? ! Looking for a way to cancel my order.

I went to get counterfeit pens for my store. I go in ask were they were located I found them I look toward the register the cashier is sitting on the counter on her phone I get closer and she jumps down. I go to pay with cash she states I don’t have change just ones. I said ok you can keep the change just give me the bills. So she opens the register the receipt didn’t print so she goes to the other register to print it again. I said you didn’t give me my change. Calls the other guy to come. She say he said he didn’t want his change I said do you really think I’m gonna give you $13. He is looking at the receipt confused. I said gave her $20 she owes me the $13.85. She said she had no change just ones. I told her to just give me the bills. I was amazed at that whole situation. I won’t be going to this one again

The cashier was nice, but the workers in the printer service workers didn't seem to care. And they were a tad rude. I went to another OfficeMax or Office Depot, and they helped me with no problem.

Really sad business. No one to help, no printing services, no working restrooms. Is this a third world business?

Excellent, professional, knowledgeable staff. Products well displayed. Had exactly what I needed.

I recently shopped at an OfficeMax store in San Antonio TX to purchase an easel. I observed that the store layout was not well labeled. Also,
the associate who I asked for assistance had never heard of an easel.

Went to this store for office furniture with the intent on buying a full set for our home office. Not once were we acknowledged or asked if we needed help after 20 minutes in the store and we were the only people in the store.
My wife asked to use the bathroom and was told that it wasn't open to the public. After explaining that we were shopping for furniture the cashier rudely stated (without looking up from her phone) that the restrooms were dirty and hot and she wouldn't want to use it anyway.
We'll give someone else our money. That's probably why the store is empty all the time.

Worst place to go. Wanted to make some copies and an employee tild me that I needed to buy the paper and then make the copies. Ussually They provide the paper, but there was nobody in the printing section. He was to lazy to go and pick a blick of paper for me.

Best customer assistance I ever had by Gorge Castaneda we deserve hard working people like him in this store. He never once rejected my help. Keep it up Gorge C. He made my Day!

I was informed by an employee that they do not have public restrooms. He instructed me to go next door to use that businesses restroom. So, I left and went elsewhere to purchase my office supplies.

I needed ink cartridges. The store is still organized the same so I knew exactly where to go to get what I needed. I got the items and when strait to checkout. The cashier was very efficient and I was out of there very quickly. Their prices are reasonable and I was happy.

Cashier and supervisor very helpful and friendly, quick and easy check out experience. I also have tried curbside service in the past and I loved how easy and convenient it was

Excellent customer service. Good selection of office storage boxes. I found what I needed.

Very unprofessional and rude. I'm gonna stay away from the race card but a very bad experienceI got my product home half of the product was in it. Never again I gave this place one star because that's the minimum I could do to post the comment.

Unorganized, most things were not in the right place making it hard to find pricing. And when things are in the right place, the price is not displayed. Also, there's always just one register open that also operates as customer service/returns which holds up the line for regular purchases.
