My wife gives this place an excellent rating. She loves this store. Very clean and excellent selection.

Worker charged me for jewelry box I didn’t want and asked multiple times and multiple times me and husband said no we didn’t want it… checked my receipt and it was charged but no box was in my bag. I told the lady and instead of saying sorry she would refund me for her mistake she did not. She said i could get something that’s the same price in store.

I love coming here for my vinyl projects. Only real complaint is the parking lot sucks. Other than that they have everything i need

Very good selection of vinyl and htv. They have mum making supplies. They have shirts too. They also have a lot of earrings.

The amount of knockoffs in this store is unreal. I walked in cruised around a bit and wanted die with the amount of fake products and rude customer service. Especially the owner/manager Nacy or whatever/whomever she is…. And let’s not start on how she speaks about her own customers on social media…. “Business women” …. More like something you order off Wish

Staff isn’t friendly, but the worst part is the lightening. You can barley tell the see in the store and tell the colors apart. The strobe light effect they have going on gave me a headache. Trying to see colors clearly on the vinyl, shirts along with the strobe light effect was horrible!

Place is really stocked, however first timer here. Not the friendliest staff. NOT really approachable. It's unfortunate a business like this should have friendly staff.

They literally have the best htv! Every tool is there! Shirt galore! Beautiful ready to heat graphics! Definitely recommend this store to all my crafty friends

Love the store! Reasonable prices. But very rude customer service. Such a shame too because that would be the only downfall of this business. Obviously being polite and respectful isn’t a concern, but we all can’t be blessed.

Staff is suffer kind & very helpful. You can find a wide variety of vinyl & htv along with lots of other great items.

The sales ladies are all ugly-looking with bad attitudes, I'm pretty sure they could all be casted as ogres in a swamp for a live action shrek movie but atleast they have all the vinyl & supplies I need! Love this place
