Great company, working remotely for them really helps with managing and are very understanding.

I am disgusted at the most recent reviews for this company are all coming from upper mangement who are bunch of liars and reviewing there own company they have ran to the ground. They just let our entire deparment go on lay off and it all cause of the two indviuals who run the company and have no reason to be in charge any future or current employees. Very unproffesional group of managers if your not either kissing up or dating a member of leadership you are targetd for termination if i was the client and the ceo of buissnes and you want your company to thrive again remove the two running the san antonio location they done more hurt than good. If this place ever attempts to hire again would strongly recommend passing this opprutinity way better places to work out there than here very low paying job and poor management skills as well not following any of there work polices they have in place.

Not the typical call center.management is easily approachable. Everyone has an open door policy.concerns are easily addressed and resolved. Hope the people that are currently employed realize that this is not the typical call center and that is one of the most difficult things that made it hard to leave.only con is not being able to work from home.

Great company to work for, great training hands on, great benefits, great schedule usually you will work mon-friday no weekends can range 6am to 8pm no overtime mandatory so, right now 2-9-22 awesome to be here also pay rate might increase even more so make the change you will love it

THIS PLACE IS NOT CULTURED. THEY ARE NOT ORGANIZED. THEY SEND YOU TO THE FLOOR TO "LISTEN" TO CALLS BUT DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT TO HEAR THE CALL THE PERSON YOU'RE SITTING WITH IS TAKING. THE TRAINER DIDN'T EVEN TAKE ONE ON ONE TIME WITH ME LIKE HE DID EVERYBODY ELSE WHEN I MISSED. THEN I HAD TO BURY 2 RELATIVES AND DIDN'T GET ALL MY BEREAVEMENT PAY BUT THEY TOOK TIME TO LET ME KNOW I WASN'T ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING AND TERMINATED ME RIGHT AFTER AND THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. I WAS ASKED ONE THING DIRECT QUESTION THE WHOLE TIME IN TRAINING. THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE SICK BUT IF IT'S SOMEONE THEY LIKE OR IS NOT OUTSPOKEN, THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU AND OVERLOOK EVERYTHING ELSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. NO COMPASSION AT ALL

Honestly one of the more cultured places I have ever worked. The atmosphere is inviting and warm. Everyone always says their call center is not like any other but this one honestly isn’t. People actually want to come to work everyday.

I have been working here for about four or five months already, and I love the environment as well as the people. It’s a great atmosphere and a pleasant experience.
