Old Navy, Shenandoah TX

Very friendly atmosphere, great deals as well. I've used store pickup many times and the items on my order were always on point. They use android/Samsung pay in case you left your purse at home.

I was asked to leave for not wearing a mask even with a medical condition preventing it. Last time old navy will see buisness from me. Sucks that the world is scared because the tv told them to be.

Cheap pajama bottoms for $5 bought 2 one for me and fine for my mother-in-law. Long line but it moved fast.

Awsome experience. Laura and another lady (who might have been a manager) were very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. Very appreciated.

Great place for kids clothes and the prices are very reasonable. Y only complaint are no guys big & tall sizes in stores.

Old Navy is a decent value for good quality clothing. This location is big and has a good selection, but towards the end of the day (during my visit) the shelves were chaotic and messy. The checkout line moved fairly slowly as well. Overall, a good place to shop, but lost points for cleanliness and slow service.

I find this store to be a complete mess every time I go in.they rarely have a wide selection of products for women and toddler girl. I also find when I call them to see if they have an item.they are so rude! Not sure if it’s just my luck that every time I go in or call I get rude service, limited selection and dust bunnies stuck to my shoes but that’s what it has been.

The staff here is so nice and can answer any of my questions. Even for a super busy Saturday they’re fast with checkout while being friendly and polite. I’ve never had problems with store and the managers are amazing.

School uniforms are not expensive and they always send me emails with discounts and have my order history which makes it easy to place new orders each year! Thanks Old Navy!

The racks were an absolute nightmare of jumbled clothes. Some items were tagged as clearance while others exactly the same but a different size were not and they were all on the same display table.

Super slow check out line. 2 cashiers for a line of ppl. Kinda felt like Walmart. But, prices were good.

Lots of good choices, pricing could be a little clearing example (50% off but shows only the lowest price) should be 50% off price.
