Old Navy, Houston TX

I dont shop here often but needed some new work shoes so I ordered 4 pair online 2 were available for pick up and 2 were set to be shipped. Went to pick up my order and they gave me a worn pair of flats and it didnt even have the tags on them and you could tell by the bottom that someone had worn them before. Luckily, I was still in the parking lot, the lady apologized and went to the back to get a new pair she was taking a while so I decided to walk around and ended up bumping into her she said oh im sorry we dont have your size, Ironically we were by the women shoes so I started looking for something else and boom a whole rack of the exact shoe and she goes oh okay there you go (so I feel like she didnt really look for it) not only did they have more then enough of the unworn shoe they also had the 2 shoes I ordered on the racks so im not sure why online didnt offer me a pickup for my full order but no biggie. The lady did offer to price match the sales online to what was in store but I told her it was fine since they would be delivered in 2 days. Bought my son some shirts and looked at my receipt in the car and noticed one shirt rung up as a girl shirt so I had to go back for the 3rd time to exchange it. They need to be sure that they have their clothes separated correctly by gender because there was a whole stack of these girl shirts in the boy section (and it wasnt one of there unisex shirts because someone scanned it to be sure)
But overall love the quality of their shoes and clothes for toddlers.

Awesome location awesome people very neat and clean the staff are really friendly and always looking out for the customer making sure they are doing okay. Makes me feel welcome and comfortable shopping and when it came down to checking out the cashiers where really friendly. John was so energized and overall was super positive which was a nice change, and rang me up pretty quick. He then helped me apply for a old navy card which I didn’t think I needed before he talked to me about and for all the shopping I do at old navy it’s a really good deal and helps build my credit so win win. Overall love this location

This, by far, is my favorite Old Navy location. It’s easy access from the parking lot, has ample supply and the staff are super friendly & helpful. I moved to the other side of town and still frequent this location.

Very kind employee came to my car and confirmed my identity and double checked the barcode on my email and handed me my items. Thank you!

This is the worse company I have ever seen. I paid for the item, then they said it’s arrived. But I haven’t received anything. I tried to call them everyday do either they answer and transfer my call to an ignorant agent or they don’t answer at all.

I suggest you guys don’t do online purchases with this company.

I arrived at the Meyerland store on 01 May to pick up a curbside order, not realizing the store had already closed for the day. As I was calling the store to let them know I was outside for pickup, two Old Navy employees noticed me, approached my car, and asked if I was there to pick up an order. They told me the store had already closed, but they would be happy to go back in and find my order for me. I apologized and said I could come back another day, but they insisted it was no problem to retrieve my order. They unlocked the store and found my order in a matter of minutes.

They were already in their vehicles and probably on their way home after a long day, but they went above and beyond to save me a trip. I appreciate the extra service, but especially the kindness they demonstrated. Thank you!

We did get some items on sale and was able to find our granddaughter a nice winter coat with hood on sale. We went to the Meyerland Plaza location. Several items on sale right now.

Generally busy store. Staff is helpful, but it can be messy. You can order online and pick up in store which I would recommend

I had an idea of what I wanted to buy and Old Navy helped me put the look together for a Day party. They were stocked with my size and the associates were helpful.

This is a prett big Old Navy store. The store has a nice flow to it with each department in easy to find areas. The cash register sit in the middle of the store and there are the to go things that sit on shelves that align the length of the register. Helpful signage is placed throughout the store making it easy to not only locate a department but to also know what product is on sale. The fitting rooms are nice as well.with pretty good lighting.

Great place to pick up value merchandise. I found classic shower shoes there after looking all over.

Good place, but I think there is a great room for improvement. When I went there, the place was really messed up. Especially the clearance section where clothes were all over the place.

I called the store to check for a size during back to school time. I was placed on hold for a few minutes. She came back to the phone and say well we are to busy to go check for one pair of pants can you call back. Well let's just say this location will never get another dime of my money again. This is poor customer service and if this is how management run this store this is ridiculous.

Very friendly staff, well this store is surprising in letting their prices down amazingly. I bought loads of kids stuff and all was marked down, I got lucky to buy my choice!
Well staff had been bz in their tasks but the customers really need to behave. The messy store is more bcoz of customers, who don’t bother to place the product back in place, if they don’t want it.
Well I recommend it for family shopping!

Bery long lines on the day I went, but the staff were very apologetic and courteous. Store is clean and the merchandise is neatly managed, even when the store was busy. Go Old Navy!

The place is always a mess. Very chaotic. Lack of cashier's and long slow lines. I try not to go there for those reasons. Every time is always the same. If it wasn't for my daughter loving the clothes, I would avoid the Meyerland Old Navy location all together.

After the renovation it’s now a small store. But it’s usually very clean and organized, and most of the floor staff is very helpful and friendly.
They often have great deals.

The employees were hostile with customers, and openly rude and aggressive. It's beyond uncomfortable. Go to any other location.

Great store, great deals! However, having a Memorial Day sale and having only 2 cash registers open was not a great plan. Stood in line for 30 mins. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they had trouble scheduling people.

The store had the shoes I wanted for my grandbaby and the cashier Jalen was great but the manager sucked.
