Old Navy reviews
12Great store to go shopping at. There were a wide variety clothes to choose from and to mention great sales!
So I just wanted to share my latest experience here, and let people know to please listen to the cashiers when they check you out. This is either a single isolated experience, or the management and/or ownership, are making the cashiers intentionally scan a paper putting a $5.00 donation to a charity called "Imagine Mission Donation Drive". Now the only reason I didn't go back into the store after seeing it on my receipt, is because 1. The donation is going to a cause that helps, and 2. The cashier put discounts on my items. The reason am so upset about this, is because the cashier didn't ask if I wanted to make a donation, they just added it onto my bill. Now apparently my wife heard them say they were going to be doing this, but I didn't, and neither one of us confirmed or denied the addition of said donation. The reason I didn't catch on, besides not paying attention, is because multiple pieces of papers were scanned to add the "discounts" to the transaction.
If this isn't isolated, and other people have experienced the same thing, then this is a very shady practice, and I don't appreciate it. Even despite the fact that it's going to a cause to help, that fact that it's done in this way is very distasteful.
Enjoyed my walk around the store. Was just window shopping but found a couple of things that I couldn't leave without. Great price!
Walked in to this old navy walked around for 15 minutes and no sale associate in sight. I had to ask for help from a cashier
They don't have a lot of variety for kid's clothing, seems very limited. Floors were a mess, and cashier was fast but not overly friendly, very mechanical in her presentation about getting the Old Navy credit card, and voided making eye contact, spent almost $300 and felt unvalued.
Staff is usually friendly here and we've had no issues with both in store shopping and store pickup.
Clean store well organized friendly staff easy return process great inventory lots of sale items
Same old navy store (see what I did there). No real enhancements since the pandemic downtime. Oh well, prices remain the same, selection staid the same. Picked up some decent jeans for a nice nickel. -1 star for the entire place smelling like musky man sweat.
I shop Old Navy at giftgiving times ie:
Christmas, birthdays and change of season to make my grandchildren happy.
It does the job. Sad that the selection is so limited this Christmas, but that seems to be everywhere. The store was orderly and i did find many items on the kiddos check list, thanks to the help of the staff.
I like Old Navy, their prices are good and the staff were super helpful especially Michaela was so courteous. I would like to go back to this location again.
Nobody shows up to work at this location. They don't have items they don't carry a lot of there advertised clothing items.
Styling is ok. Pricing is a little to much for the product you are selling. In my opinion.
