Old Navy reviews
11Too on trend, just thought of all places I could get some all cotton plain colored tees for women bc Walmart has them but bc Poly blends they pill. I wear a 0/XS so after seeing the women's were all the weird short baggy variety which, tbh is NOT gonna be flattering on all sizes and body types. Even being as small as I am- or especially being that small and having had a baby NOT for me. & then I know I can wear a kids Large, um.same trend. Too trendy and expensive. Cute PJs for my special needs 3 y/o who needs a larger top and 18/24m pants as Halloween costumes tho, two for $20.
It’s Old Navy so you know the quality. However the store was a mess and no one on the floor said hello or asked if I needed help. The cashier acted as if she didn’t want to be there and was annoyed by my presence.
Very busy all the time! Good checkout service very helpful with information for future sales!
I would like to see shorts with more than 3" seams-things rub together. Check out was quick, but maybe carry a few of the old fans like t's and capris. We don't all love a half shirt. Got some tank tops 1/2 off though.
Soooo many things on sale went here Saturday afternoon were greeted with a coupon and a ballooon for my daughter. So many things on sale 40-50% off so many deals and things for kids will be back soon
I’ve always hated going into stores since I have sons. The clothes for infant boys are very limited and just about every item is gender neutral. I get it, some parents prefer gender neutral things but what about us who do like and prefer gender specific clothes. I don’t want to dress my son in in pants that have caterpillars on them. I don’t want my son in unisex jeans.
Being inclusive to nonconformist gender people, should eliminate options for those that are gender confirming.
Over the past few years that infant boy section has gotten smaller and smaller. Soon it’ll be all gender neutral.
Terrible terrible terrible. No customer service skills AT ALL! Walked in 2 guys were at the front and brother of them greeted us. Walked through the entire store 2 cashiers were behind the register and didn’t acknowledge me. The other 2 associates in women’s didn’t even address us while we waited for that conversation to end. Literally in the store looking confused and not 1 person spoke, offered to help us, or anything. It literally felt like my children and I were invisible or maybe the hue of it skin just didn’t measure up to who they would offer assistance to. Our second time coming here and this has happened again.
One of my favorite clothing stores.
It's always fun to hunt a good deal on the clearance section.
Expensive not a lot of choices nothing to fit me. I feel it's overrated in my opinion you are just paying for the Name " Old Navy" and that's it. You can go to Walmart or Target and get the same thing for less money but it won't have old navy stamped on it. What's more important a recognizable name? Or saving a few extra $$$? And in the economic crunch this nation is going through what's more important to you?
I was at this location to pick up some pj bottoms, when I went to the register and told the young lady who was the closing manager in the green Dallas Stars T-Shirt that my husband (Nav) and I (Army) were military. She asked me for my military ID I told her that my abusive ex-husband burned all my military documents so I had my current husband’s military ID (he’s Navy) on my phone she told me “she’d have to see the physical ID because of customers scamming the store” I told her i showed my husband’s military ID on my phone before and other stores didn’t have a problem, why now? I am an army vet I don’t like dealing with conflict with employees due to my PTSD but she needs to be more helpful with customers like me!
