Old Navy reviews
21The only issue I have with this store is that they don't cater to plus size women. That hurt my feelings but I can't really blame the store corporate is the enemy here. Only online and outlet stores maybe. So that was my first and last time at Old Navy. (Those clothes were so cute too!)
Their quality of selection has dropped terribly while their prices have soared.it's sad because they used to be my go to store.
Not happy with the service people in the front. She talked about us as if we werent there. All items on "clearance" are not actually clearance Will not return
Not a big fan of Old Navy. Need more people at the registers because with subpar products I'm not will to wait in the line to long. When I visit items are fairly easy to find. Not much to talk about. Shopping Old Navy is a underwhelming experience.
Great place, great clothes, good staff, but it's ALWAYS packed. Even when you think it won't be, it IS! The lines are always just so long that most of the time, we just leave without purchasing anything.
I freaking love this store, half off of everything today, can go in this store with $100 and walk out with a butt load of clothes my friend, let me know what you think, I’m sure you will love this place, shoot me a like if you feel the same way.
Their sales are pretty good. The store is a little disorganized, at times, all over the place. The lines can get crazy so going on a week day is recommended. I usually find something to buy for myself as well as for friends and family, Everytime.
Good shopping experience. Found what we wanted on sale. Cashier was very helpful. Met our expectations but did not merit a fabulous fifth star.
Went there to find kid clothes. Staff very helpful but did not have school uniforms year round around.
Their coupons are always come with a catch. You can never use them for their actual face value without some kinda catch.
I had a wonderful time shopping at old navy. The cashiers were so friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend Old navy to my friends and family members.
I tell you, every old nanny we go to is a disaster but this one was really friendly. We just moved to Texas and we needed uniforms for our son. Being that it's last minute and end of season they still went above and beyond top hello us find what we needed. Thank you he looks great!
Another favorite of mine to shop. They always have great deals, they have a great selection of graphic tees, and they have a wide variety of sizes to include my in one. The staff is knowledgeable about the store and it’s products and that makes it easy for customers to shop.
Good deals through out.rewards program is an extra savings. Sales associates Patty and Victoria were very sweet and professional!
Always one register open. Please do better. This is ridiculous. Line is long andvthree employees laughing and talking in front of the store. Sad -6: 01 today.
Old Navy always has a good little deals that you can find. Cute clothing for affordable prices.
This store is located in Arlington Highlands, one of the prime location. Chain with a wide range of clothing for the family from jeans to loungewear, plus fun accessories. Very reasonable prices.
One cashier and the line is long. Another employee walking around with a cellphone to her ear. And another employee moving in slow motion pushing a cart. LoL. They really have the I don't care syndrome.
Very disappointed in the way that they advertise within the store but make things different once checking out. I worked retail for eight years, I know how to read fine print and exclusions but they're just straight up using false advertising.
I ask the employee about an item, online stated they had 4 in stock. We ask her to check in the back. She told me the online inventory is not current we probably already sold them.she didn't even bother to check. She did call another store after I ask her if she would.
