EMPLOYEE HAS COVID-19. DO NOT SHOP HERE. OVER HEARD 2 EMPLOYEES TALKING AND THEY HAVE A EMPLOYEE WITH A POSITIVE CASE OF COVID-19 AND SHORT STAFFED BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO WORK. MULTIPLE PEOPLE GETTING TESTED. THEY ARE NOT LETTING CUSTOMERS KNOW.

Shopped at this store about a week ago, I did have on my mask as well, but they have great prices, I got a shirt and shorts, staff was nice and customer service was great, if you wear your mask, your should be ok, from the covid 19, not just in this store but every where

Great options for kids and teens. Easy return policies! Arrangement of store departments are nicely displayed.

Personally, it's not my taste, but you absolutely can't beat their sales and their customer service is nice. My only complaint really is that the store was really messy and disorganized when I went.

Is old Navy trying to put their employees out of a job? Why do they offer pricing and coupons that are only good online? They should be good both in store and online.

Wear their jeans almost exclusively. Like to hit their sales, prices have been going up, so only visit during sale time.

Great sale, but 1 item didn't ring up 40% off. The checker wasn't sure and I didn't have time to wait for a manager. I may be going back if I found out it was on sale.

Great clothes at good prices but this particular store has terrible lines, every time. I'm talking 25 minutes to check out. It's bad.

Not much on the actual shelves or racks. They always have items on sale. And their sale racks are a mess! You can't find anything!

Good experience, lots of selections for the whole family, especially the baby. A good place to get a variety of licenced t shirts like MLB, NFL, NBA, Marvel, etc.

Worse customer service ever. One cashier checking people out. Ian was good at being a cashier manger on duty an another cashier werent helpful at all. Long line they could have helped check people out but didn't care to.

They've gotten rid of their fabulous sunglass rack things are hard to find they put items on display but then the display is not anywhere near where the item is on the rack or on the table
There is nobody there to help you anymore and usually only one cashier and there's always a long line to check out
there's not enough staff

Great sale! I bought four MLB tshirts for $50, so saved about $30. Service was friendly and fast, even though there was quite a line. The only drawback is that I wish there could be buggies for shopping, as I had a two year old in tow.

Great store! I volunteer with a nonprofit who is sending clothes items to an orphanage in Uganda they worked with us, even though the line was long, they helped us out a lot and we were able to get great deals for the children in Uganda

They seem to be terribly understaffed. Poor customer service. The store is always a mess you can never find anything.

I love this Old Navy. Staff is always nice and helpful. The only suggestion is that they need to have more cashiers during peak times.
