Old Navy Outlet, Texas City TX

Tried to shop with my family but was rudely stopped by an older gentleman who informed us that the mall closes at 7. I acknowledged and said “Yes, but it’s 6: 50? ” But he essentially shooed us away, saying we won’t have enough time. Rather disappointed since I wanted to purchase clothes and sign up for their credit card, but I know not to sign up at this location since they’re such a stickler when it comes to time even though 10 mins is enough time to grab and go.

Great place to go shopping but every time I go, they have only 2 people at the register. It takes a long time to check out.

Service was impeccable. The manager and associate were able to solve my issue and provided top notch customer service. I love this store.

I would give it -1 stars if I could. I called about an available position today (that they had just posted on indeed), and the manager hung up on me? I called back and an associate answered. When I told her what had happened she laughed in a way that made me think that perhaps that manager does that all the time. They were extremely rude and I’m very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I think I dodged a bullet by not working there.

The store was Well stocked and ready for the Labor Day sale.
Always find good deals here and my sizes.

Well if you go to this store you better have money save up because you want to take everything. Ours shopping was for coming back to school so you understand that take a little more shopping to do and time too. But love the deals.

Wow! Brandy and Moddi were both so amazing. Synchrony is actually not the creditor anymore Old Navy is switching to Barclays. My credit account was closed for some reason and we couldn’t reapply because it was saying I still had an account. The two ladies helped me chase down the lead until we realized that Synchrony just had us stuck in credit limbo. We ended up purchasing our items anyway and we will reapply the funds to our new credit account with Barclays after the transition!

It was amazing there is many kind people. From customers to employees. One lady even gave us coupons for the store. And one of the workers applied our coupon twice and gave us some fashion advice.

Cool it with the in-store soliciting of your rewards program. Between my wife and I we were asked 6 times.

Old Navy has the highest quality work out clothes I've found - they last for years. I love how the clearance section is always amazing at this location and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Cute clothes for my granddaughter. The store is packed pretty good with clothes, the aisles are kind of small but for the most part it's pretty organized. Never really can find anybody working the floor to help you find what you need though.
