Keith and Jose arrived on time, were professional, respectful of my belongings and efficient with their time. My piano is in it's rightful place, and I am pleased! I definitely recommend Old Town Movers.

Keith and Jeremy did a fantastic job packing our 3 bedroom home for a cross-country move. They were meticulous about how tightly the load was packed so it wouldn’t shift. We had a number of challenging pieces that they handled with ease. This is our fourth long-distance move and Old Town Movers rank with the best!

Keith and Andrew are rockstars. Very effecient and careful. They put in extra effort to be sure my epensive items were well cared for. When unloading, they had a knack for knowing where to put the boxes to make unpacking easier. I can't say enough good things about their service. Thank you Old Town Movers!

I had such a great first experience with Old Town Movers I used them again yesterday. Jose and Keith were excellent! It could have been a confusing move - as everything wasn't going to the same place and might not fit - but they had no problem with the puzzle. They didn't just move things - they disassembled where needed and made helpful suggestions. They didn't waste a minute, handled surprises without hesitation and were willing to do the unplanned. Was very impressed with Old Town Movers. I used them only for unloading. They were careful and protected the floors and door frames from damage. The folded the furniture pads that came with the U-Haul and threw away all trash. Would definitely use them again.

My move was seemless! Josh and Broderick were fantastic, efficient and friendly. This was my second move with Old Town Movers and I will definitely call them again.

I have used Old Town Movers 2 other times which i would say my experience was awesome. This time i was extremely disappointed. This move cost me $7400 move which when they were packing me up there was a lot of cell phone usage, playing with my daughter's soccer ball. They let a kid back in the truck which caused significant damage to my gate which I had to fix. To top it off when we get unpacked we find our Washing Machine is almost completely destroyed inside because no drum locks were used. Now a $500 repair bill and I can only hope when it is repaired it will work.
When i called Josh to tell him what had happened he was very apathetic and made it appear to be my fault. The way i see it is I am the customer and I hired professionals to perform a service and take care of my belongings. I even had Josh complete a walk through a month before my move to go over everything. The least they could have done was ask me if i had the drum locks when they did pricing walk through so I would have found them or purchased new ones. This cannot be their first experience with this and I would have expected it to be a call out in our walkthrough. No offer to reimburse for the damage, no apology nothing. So disappointed that I paid a professional mover this much money and this was the result.

Casey and Andrew were superb movers. Polite, accommodating, physically strong and untiring, surprisingly cheerful for having such difficult work to do. Moving van seems to hold nearly as much as the 18 wheeler versions.
