Old Town Spring reviews
17Always love strolling through nostalgic Old Town Spring, while visiting the unique mom and pop types of stores. Always keep in mind, these are not the run of the mill cookie cutter, franchised stores found in every mall or shopping strip.these are unique, individually owned stores offering great products from hand made soaps and handcrafted products. Some stores showcase antique furniture, dolls, etc, while others offering varieties of hot sauces, and a variety of restaurants to choose from! (Always try and support local businesses when possible.if for no other reason - to keep that authentic nostalgia that is only found in places like Old Town Spring, alive and thriving!)
After this COVID shutdown they really took it in advantage it was probably then before but I just visited a couple days ago and it is a busting with creative ideas everywhere even tho the outside looks aren't so pretty the inside is just plain beautiful
Beautiful atmosphere! Shopping, restaurants, bars, a cigar lounge, and more.even tarot card reading if that's your thing. Great spot for a relaxing little adventure.
Such a wonderful place to shop for home decor, clothing, toys, specialty items and more. We are so lucky to have this quaint shopping village near The Woodlands.
Beautiful place, full of craft and art
We should habe come during the night when all the places are open and the lights are on.
This area is an awesome place to just walk around and look at stuff. A little difficult to find parking at times, and a few of the stores are I bit lagging, but a great experience and fun place to shop/walk around, particularly around holidays.
Great shopping venue. Lots of different shops and eatery places. Always lots of interesting boutiques and specialty stores. All the shop owners are fascinating to talk to. Several places have entertainment. Fun for the entire family year round.
Love all the vintage style shopping. Lots of unique stores with tons of interesting finds. If you have never been you absolutely must visit.
Not all the stores here are unique. But there are a few gems that are worth going through and finding and I won't spoil it by telling you which ones bc finding them is half the fun. Spoil alert down below.
They have karaoke on the weekends, horse drawn slay (I wish they had more hoses to swap during the day or this place could at least hire more than one vendor for it bc the horses do get overworked and it's not a good look), sewing classes, spiritual arts, leather working, gadgets beyond belief here, homemade bath store, crystal rock store, handmade glass store! Okay I'll stop bc I said I wouldn't spoil it, anyway I've been a few times already and probably be going back too ️.
The food here is also pretty amazing *cough Pops cough* excuse me
SIDE NOTE PARKING WILL BE AN ISSUE, but try to remain calm don't be afraid to park and walk ️
I have brought my kids and now my grandkids. Great experience.
My grandkids know this is where "the real" Santa works, others are just helpers
We love it. I wish more stores stay open later than 5pm. But it is so much fun. Nice to just walk around and shop and eat. I live the champagne margaritas at the Red caboose.
My favourite place to visit every time I'm visiting from Germany. Always something fun going on.
Love it there and feel like home when I visit.
We enjoy coming every year to The Santa Express! This year was just perfect. Santa took his time to talk to the girls and make silly pictures and memories for them. Thank you Santa!
We were visiting from Louisiana. We loved all the little shops and the atmosphere. It's a must see if you've never been. We found lots of gifts for Christmas. There are roads of shops. You park and walk up and down 4 or 5 streets. There's food and snack places all along. Also, you can buy alcohol and have a drink as you walk and shop.
Such a great area to do seasonal and eclectic shopping. Lots of unique stores and fun restaurants. Also have parking lot as area Can get crowded during festive seasons.
Had a night out in Old Town Spring. I love the feel of an old town. This place is not the bustling town is was a few years back. The old School House is completely empty. You can still find some really nice shops and places to eat/drink.
