Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Houston TX

A little slow and prices have taken a huge jump but friendly service and the food is good. Taking away a start for the speed and one for the prices.

My food was delicious! I got 3 entrees and they were correct. I don't remember the name of the guy that came out curbside but he was nice. I thought we had a different drink and he offered to go back even though it was right. I enjoyed our dinner!

I ordered the lasagna & a side of fettuccine alfredo. The salad was green, fresh & very tasty. The complimentary bread sticks were good & also tasty. The lasagna was good, but OG could have use a better tasting Italian sausage in their lasagna. The fettuccine alfredo was bland, but after I added a little salt 2 it. It made the fettuccine alfredo taste much better. Would I come here again? Yes

Husband and I decided to eat here Sunday and we enjoyed our visit as well as our meal. At first the smell of the restaurant was very distasteful. It smelled like a mop full of bleach or as if the carpet was wet. Our food was an 8/10 and the server was very nice.

Got my car broken into because the parking is in the back not safe nor secure. No cameras in the parking lot very ghetto will never come here again and for the people going to this location be aware that they’re carjackers in the parking lot waiting.

This place used to be really really good. However it has been slacking a but lately. I come here at least twice a month, maybe 3 times. The soup is not always cooked the same bu the same person I notice because it has a different taste and texture these last few ttimes. The soup has been a little doughy lately and the bread isn't as fresh as it has been in the past. I'm disappointed because you never know what you're going to get when you come here now. It's either a hit or miss. However uts always clean and the workers are always friendly.

Had a great meal, server was very good only issue was both steaks that were ordered were under cooked. Sent them back and when they cane back out 1 was prefect the other was still a bit under cooked.

Enjoyed a nice lunch w a good friend. Love the salad that they always served.although they did try to limit us. We have a old saying " If it ain't broke.don't fix it "

If you enjoy hair in your food, you have a pretty high chance of getting some here. Hair in my salad (check), hair in my entree (check). Got 2 out of 2!

Awesome to go service EVERY-TIME! And it is always right! The staff always greets me we a friendly smile and hello. And again I’ve yet to have one order incorrect. Excellent service! Thank you! =)

My family are and i regular guest at this olive garden until yesterday we dine-in i paid and left but then minutes after i verify that i had left my wallet there so i call them and they said just to come back.once i ask for the manager who was not in any attitude to help after 25 minutes of waiting for him to let him know the situation they ask for descriptions and money inside then i told them how much and return saying they dont have it because was carring about $650 cash.then after "manager on duty Mr. Karl" told us to come back today to speak to the original manager which we did and nothing was resolve.we ask for cameras recording and they said they dont have cameras in the restaurant so imagine any accident or crazy thing that might happen to you there and they dont have security cameras "not a save place for families" so they ask to get a police involve and we here and made a resport becuase 2 days they couldnt resolve the issue.

So disappointed! We love Olive Garden. I just left this location without having even ordered any drinks. I was sitting in a section with 4 other tables a waiter and waitress both were serving that section neither one ever came to greet us. Totally disappointed my kids were looking forward to the food. I understand when restaurants are busy service and food is delayed but I think this time just even acknowledging we were there would have been a plus and would have made us want to stay and wait it out. Oh well!

The food arrived very hot. We ate some there and took the rest of it home. When we got home, it was still warm. It was very nice to have the food arrive steaming hot. We had a wonderful server; she made sure that we were taken care of.

Great customer service! The waiters are very polite and they tell and describe the food throughly which helps a lot. The food is also great!

Me and my husband came here after coming from the movies to enjoy some good delicious food and was disappointed and not because of the food but the service, our server Sebastian was not listening when we was ordering our food, rubbing his hands over my husband food, which made him not want it anymore and he rung up the wrong drinks for us, not to mention we got our drinks after we received our food. My husband gets the Italian margarita and couldn’t taste the liquor AT ALL! After we sent it back 4 times smh…but the manager Karl came and checked on us and made sure that we was right, and to make sure we were please with our meal and drinks which we weren’t. Last time coming here.

Pros: Plenty food, nice environment perfect? For a date with your companion.

Service was good.

Cons: the section where we were, smells like past due cheese.

The food here is extremely fresh, and hot especially when taking home. The way they packaged their food is perfect. Not all Olive Garden do this but, this particular Olive Garden ensures that your food stays warm all the way till you get home, try the Tuscany soup it’s amazing

Food was fabulous our server Michael was superb. We didn't to ask for anything he was on top of everything. Very professional and I give him an A+ for service and knowledge
