Olive Garden Italian Restaurant reviews
13Abel is an awful employer! I was eating here and watched this man yell at his grown adult employees for minor things and made one of his female employees cry for being sick. Has also been known to stop scheduling employees for his own personal issues. Should NOT be in charge here!
Rogelio V was very attentive and very nice. He was highly professional and did not question my love for the unlimited soups. Also if he see this thank you so much. The service was very pleasant and I hope I get you again!
My children and I really enjoyed our dinner there. Food was great. Could get enough salad. Yummy
Our waiter was better than ausome. He was very accurate. Our portions were great. It was a very good experience.
Ordered food to go. The bartender barely paid enough attention to us to even place an order. Not friendly or anything.it was only 3 people in that bar. But food was good.service.not so much.
The food, as always, was good. The thing that most stands out in my mind was our waiter. He was wonderful, out standing and with out a doubt took excellent care of us.
Today I went to Olive Garden in Katy. And I loved the service given by Nelson. Had the best experience for my first time in Olive Garden.
Edit: eating my leftovers there was a piece of plastic that looks like a chewed up straw wrapper in my food.
The service was fantastic and the adult beverages were great. Food tasted average if not below average. I had the seafood alfredo. The shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly but the pasta and alfredo had zero flavor. None. Not even salt amd pepper
Poor customer service, I was in the mood for some Lasagna, but I'm very picky so I went to Olive Garden to be safe, their Lasagna is not the best but is pretty decent. So I arrived the place wasn't crowded maybe like 8 table in total, no one ever came to take my order, I even call a server through their touch screen but no one appeared. After like 10-15 min another server asked me if Ive been helped, but I was so upset that I just left.
The best part of the experience here was our server, an amazing young man woth tons of motivation and so much ahead for him. The food was awesome and his recommendations were spot on! One of the better olive gardens I've been to, will be coming back for sure! Best 30 minute drive from galleria area.
The Alfredo sauce used be so good: now the sauce is missing flavor. And smaller food portions on to go plates. Better to dine in.
Oh my goodness I and my friend ordered Calamari and i told them to make it spicy and yes it was great taste. Happy with our rest of the order. Good place to eat with friends and family
Salazar is going on my hall of fame list of servers that I have met in my life. He really made my wife and I feel like royalty from the time we met him to the time we said our goodbyes. We can tell he works very hard to make sure we always had what we needed. He was considerate enough to make sure my wife was comfortable as she is pregnant. If Olive Garden continues to staff people like him, then I will definitely continue coming back. Thank you for the great food and experience!
