Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, San Antonio TX

Went to Olive Garden on 410 young lady was very nice table smells like wet towel though got our appetizers served but didn't get plates so that we could all eat our appetizers drinks came afterwards been here before but the service was not as good as last time

A waitress is very kind but it has been a few years since we went to an Olive garden so when we went we were surprised how Olive garden paired down the menu so much there was basically nothing to choose from in our opinion.

Went during lunch and the food was amazing. Breadsticks were a little burnt but still good. The fried donuts are to die for.

Staff is always friendly. I know this is their job but it is very pleasant when they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Had to wait 10extra min for my pick up order which made a difference in temperature of food at eat time. Did not enjoy eating cool Chicken Marsala plate.

Ate here today good spacing just a little bit more traing on mask wearing properly waitress was really good fast efficient helpful

The wait was short our food was awsome the waiter we had was very attentive and respectful not once did we have to ask or remind him of needing food or beverages on our table

Always go to this location. Food is always great and service. Curbside pickup sometimes is longer than your scheduled time.

The quality of this particular Olive Garden is usually on par with other locations however be prepared to wait for a long period of time for a table, This location is almost always packed.

We had a good waitress. Food these days is ok. Limited menu, small portions. But very slow service for it being empty. Liked the old Olive Garden of days before.

We waited longer than the 30 minutes they told us. I had to go in and literally tell the hostess she had made a mistake on the guest. It was only Me and my husband. She had 6 guest on my message they sent me via TM. And then they put us on the biggest table. I told my husband, I don't think she knows what she is doing. I was going to ask for the manager in charge. I believe they had skipped us for awhile.

The food was great, drinks were on point. Good setting for date night or family dinners. Waitress was really patient and attentive. My 5 and 9 year old LOVE it there. Only thing I'm waiting for is the stuffed pastas again. Stuffed ziti fritta is my go to. Bring it back please.

Very fresh. Everything was perfect. Unlike my last experience at the other location. I ordered the same item, difference is I only ordered for one person, Other location we dined in and it was a waist of money, for 2 people. 2 tour of Italy. No compassion from manager or even noticed our plates still had 2 of the items left! Thank you Olive Garden at Ingram location yall are awesome.happy full customer

Restaurant was kinda dirty table was sticky. The waitress was amazing food was delicious. Please take the time and clean it properly.

We had an amazing server and the wait wasn't that long. The food was absolutely delicious and all the servers and staff were all wearing masks.

Great service our waiter Clyde or Claudio went above and beyond perfect service. We love the salad and he keep us very happy. I normally always have spaghetti and sausage and once again it was exactly what I expected. Great service good food what more can we ask for.
