Very good attention and service from the moment you enter and from the person who served us!

I ordered takeout and the to go specialist was super attentive and quick to get our order out to us!

Still very nice restaurant I love going there I always enjoy myself my kids love coming here they love it

Breadstix and salad. I dare you to complain. The rest, I cna take or leave. The Fettuccine Alfredo is good. Not much on their chicken parm. Etc. But the Breadstix and salad make up for all the red sauch shortcomings. Lol. And our waitress was cute too.

Not my favorite Italian spot by far but for the price it's decent lower your expectations service wise

My son absolutely loves the Alfredo sauce it was a great son and mom outing service was efficient and food was good

2 of my favorite aunts treated me to my birthday. It was a good time and Stephanie was in top of everything. No matter how often my aunt.are request. Our 3 meals were as we ordered and we also enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip. A good time all around. Was my first time to this location

Ordering a pan style family dish took awhile longer than we wanted for a to go order but it was worth it. Chicken parm family style pan was alot of food

There was a bug on my food, service was terrible, table and seats were dirty. Never going back

The service wasn’t horrible. It’s the fact that it’s 100 plus outside, and they have their servers working in no AC! With long sleeves on, and they won’t let them wear tshirts. I can only imagine what the kitchen staff is going through. Honestly, by them wearing T-shirts to be somewhat comfortable in this weather is hurting who? One, that’s a violation. They shouldn’t be running a business where their workers are suffering having to serve in a building with no ac. Is there a corporate number that I can report this to? This is so unfair to the staff. You guys are that greedy for money that you can’t stay closed until you fix the ac? Ridiculous!

This time visit the Olive Garden in the north of Houston, near the George Bush International Airport, the food is very good, the service is unbeatable, and that makes the difference between one franchise or another.

Their pasta is not the best

Always order the sirloin with broccoli and I always get the sirloin with fettuccine and I call the restaurant and never answer.
