Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Frisco TX

Our server was super attentive and friendly. The food was great too! We were able to be seated right away.

Everything we ordered was delicious and the curb-side pick-up service was great! Can always count on Olive Garden to deliver.

The food was absolutely great from appetizers to entre, and desert and our server Brayden was awesome and efficient undoubtedly the best service ever

Came here with my girlfriend. The service was really good. Food was decent. I been here many time and always good experience with the service.

Update 7/29/23 Came again with my girlfriend. I was very disappointed. Not sure what happened but the quality of their soups was horrible. The Chicken & Gnocchi soup was watered down without the chicken. My girlfriend ordered Blue Amalfi and it was all ice. She took a sip and did not finish the drink. I should have returned the drink to avoid being charged for it but I did not. Waitress did not check on us till the end. Water was never refilled. Seems our waitress was new and overwhelmed because the place was busy. I still have her a 20% tip. She was not trained enough but she tried to do a decent job.
Overall, disappointing experience. 5 stars from previous experience. If this was my first time, I would never go back again and would be one star. I will give this location another visit to see how they do.

Great ambience as any other Olive Garden chain offers. Had a sumptuous family dinner last night. Ministrone soup, salad, fried mozzarella snacks, 5 cheese rigatoni pasta - all were finger licking awesome. Bread sticks were not fresh. Staff and chefs are kind am courteous. Super great experience. Weekends are busy, so I would suggest you visit on weekdays.

Went on Friday evening and they had waiting. There service is too good and pretty quick once your turn comes up. Menu has not changed we had our typical regular soup, salad, calamari fried, egg plant parmigiana. Taste is still same old and delicious.

Service was good had to keep reminding him of what was need and the food was very bland and pasta was swimming in oils warmed it up today oil running down my plate. My first time at this location everyone has a off day but not I'd revisit this location with all the other restaurants near by.

Always great food and a nice atmosphere for dining out with friends or family very nice and welcoming

Wife and daughter enjoyed the chicken pasta and the soup and salad combo was perfect. Waitress brought out few different soups and more awesome bread sticks.

For all of the Olive Garden frisco’s Olive Garden is the best for me. I went there with my hubby first time everything were so good food was delicious server was sweet and nice. Would definitely go back.

It's an Olive Garden. Flavors and prices are exactly what you'd expect.

Ravioli carbonara with shrimp was excellent

Service was struggling but fine.

So looking forward to fried ravioli and what an absolute let down…
Got seated just fine but no service after, waited and waited but no one came. Not even for a drink at the very minimum….

Love this place. The shrimp carbonada is my favorite. Also our server was the best, he even gave us chocolate.

Always a great experience and food at this location. Also, Diego is the best and nicest waiter we have ever had at any restaurant. He was great!

It's a reliable Olive Garden! You know what you're getting and they take good care of you when there is a mistake!
