Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, El Paso TX

We got sat, we ordered with the table computer & we didn't get our drink nor appetizer until 20min later then they didn't take our order till about 30 min later and another 30 for our meal.

Delicious and huge portions.
The selection of wines is very good and the prepared drinks are delicious.

I will revise my review accordingly after my visit today.

I get that the servers depend on tips, but their performance will dictate what their tip compensation is. If someone deserves a good tip, they got it, but nowadays I fully expect service to be lacking, and often I get another server that takes no pride in the job and expects the customer to shut up, eat and tip them well. I got news for that. I'm glad to leave no tip or a slap in face tip. So server beware. Earn your money don't expect it

We had a lovely and enjoyable meal, and it was due primarily because we had an amazing server that was attentive, had great food recommendations and just super personable while maintaining such a fast delivery of our meal. We know it takes great teamwork to be able to be that efficient, so kudos to the kitchen staff as well. Kristian, thank you for such an enjoyable meal. Absouletly a GREAT dining experience.

Food was very good and the waitress was attentive and friendly. Other staff was welcoming as well! Would love to come again.

Our server was super busy, didn't get to us for a while. The kids pizza was not great. Kid don't eat it. The peach was bomb! Loved it!

Initially the first drink that was brought to the table had been ill-prepared.
The manager took care of and did what was right.
Very good customer service and management.

Food was good. Neighbors got there salad and food first. We got their first, 10 min earlier. Love the salad from here.

I haven't come to olive garden lately and I understand that it is a hustle and a bustle of an environment. What is disappointing is that the plate came out hot and the food warm, which meant the food had been microwaved. The pizza was not melted was greasy, this was a kids pizza an my kid said nope. That's when you know its not passing any marks. The Italian tour was ok, but the lasagna was nuked to death. Olive garden was amazing maybe we came in an off night. One drink for an hour.

Ordered a large order for pickup. Everything was accurate, and wait time was minimal. Host offered me a beverage as they were Justin m finishing up order.

Wow! Wow! Food is excellent and consistent. Service was great. We picked up the food 1 hr late, the server that came out to truck asked if we would like it re-tossed since food might be cold and we did. When we got home, food was nice and warm (fresh).

It’s hard to find a seafood place that cooks good calamari. Olive Garden cooked it to perfection. The chicken Alfredo was extra creamy (delicious) and the soup was delicious like always.

I will continue to come back and we highly recommend this place.

Ordered soup and salad. First salad was a bit dry (needed more dressing). Second bowl was better with dressing but did not have croutons and server did not ask if we wanted cheese.

Alejandro G.was the best server I've had in awhile. He was very attentive. Noticed one order wasn't away we had asked for and returned it right away before another server placed our meals on the table, and of course made sure we had drinks filled.

Mike was a excellent waiter, busy that night but he kept checking on us. And making suggestions on the wine and food God bless your business successful

Always a delightful experience. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable. The service is prompt and accurate. I highly recommend the soup of the day.

Waiter was nice but too slow! Manager has to help him with drinks.that's the first thing that should be brought out right away!

Today 2 families went to celebrate our children's birthday and it was a very pleasant experience. Ariel took excellent care of us, always looking out for us. Thank you, we had a good time and the food, as always, was delicious!
