Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Live Oak TX

Just drove 30 mins to come an eat and they’re doors are locked a at 6: 55 and they’re closed. Hours say open until 10 pm

Had a wonderful lunch with coworkers. Nice and cozy with great plate of pasta. Nothing better!

Laura was amazing. She didn't "hover", yet she was there everytime we needed anything. We also didn't have to ask.she knew what we needed (drinks, bread, to-go boxes, etc) without us needing to ask. The food was good and the atmosphere ok.but the service made it a great visit.

Walked over here after being rudely treated at BJ’s. This place is awesome. Definitely coming back. It was busy AF and everyone was working hard. Amazing staff / Management!

I had a positive experience with the attentive and professional wait staff at Olive Garden, 2150 IKEA-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, Texas 78233. However, the food, particularly the Chicken Scampi, fell short in terms of flavor and texture. The angel hair pasta was overcooked, rubbery, and lacked flavor, even with the extra sauce requested. The beautifully seared chicken tendered covered the dry noodles.
I also noticed that the bread at Olive Garden was only semi-warm and seemed to have been reheated, resulting in a somewhat hard texture. This was an overall disappointment in house dining culinary experience.

OK we’ve been coming to this location ever since it’s open and it’s always fabulous. It’s always wonderful food is always hot 80% of the time we take out and it’s always good orders are always right. Cecilia is a great employee but today was my uncle’s 80th birthday and he wanted Olive Garden so we had it ordered it to be picked up anyway that being said the young lady that took care of him went above and beyond her call of duty because she made my uncles day. He was very excited and happy when he returned from the restaurant. He was raving about the young lady. Her name was Olivia that was very professional and courteous very helpful for him got the order correct he wanted me to specify and acknowledged this young lady. We will definitely be coming back for more thank you Olive Garden for having such a great employee that made my uncles day on a special day. His birthday 80th birthday.

Carry out. Had to ask where my order was. Get home dry. Asked for extra sauce, I'm glad I did, even though it was in a 1oz container. It helped but needed more.

Experience was great! Our server, Micah was awesome! He was super attentive and was just overall an asset to the location. Restaurant was clean and warm.

If I could, I wouldn’t even put a star down. Walked in with my family and was told 30 minutes. We have a party of 14 so we felt like that was very reasonable. Let me tell you that only about 30 people sitting down eating at the time and so many empty table were available. Well sat and waited patiently and approximately 35 to 40 new people came in at were sat down right away from parties of 2 to 6 at a time. Well one hour went by and we were told we they were waiting for some of those same people that we watched come in we’re almost done so they need their table to sit us down. I was wondering why we were out in the back burner for everyone else? Not acceptable! Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.

The food was wonderful, the service fantastic & the atmosphere clean & fresh. I highly recommend it.

Waitress very attentive but not bothersome. Food was good. The only small complaint…we ordered double marinara but got 1 marinara and 1 Alfredo (don’t like). Otherwise good food, good company, and good service = good time.

Staff is friendly at this location and that matters alot. Food is basic but not bad. I reccomend this location.

I just want to thank yaL for letting me get a late soup for my mom. She’s in hospice and it might be her last soup. Thanks again God bless yal.

I'm not a fan of Olive Garden personally, but this location had great service. The food was amazing and fresh. The family loves Olive Garden, so have to sacrifice for the family. Had to give a rating of 5 stars across the board with no choice due to the quality of service and food we received for my son's birthday. Thank you Olive Garden Live Oak.

This was first time ever I asked staff to sing Happy Birthday at an olive garden. It was my 2 daughters bday. One of the managers rounded at my table and I asked if we could please have staff sing happy Birthday to my girls and she said yes, and she would let my waitress know. The manager never followed back up, & my waitress said it would be a while because everyone was busy. I said yes, we can wait. 10-15 minutes went by no dessert or update, finally I went to the manager to ask if we could just pay as it seemed that we did not matter. At this point the waitress came back with the desserts & again ask if we want them to sing, but that it would be a while, because everyone was busy. How long does it take to sing happy birthday, but a minute. At this point I am upset. As we walk out the restaurant there are 7 staff members just standing at the front desk along with the 2 managers. What a shame. I have worked costumer service for 30 years in the medical field & I NEVER tell anyone that we are busy or short. We have to remember every matter is important to the costumer. It seemed like teamwork was not there or support of the team leads.

Our family went here as a large group. Maya was one of the wait staff. She was very efficient. The chicken and shrimp carbonera was very tasty.

I ordered food to go the breadsticks was cold not hot they didn't even put no silverware or napkins in my bags how do they think i was suppose to eat my food and business need to do better next time don't forget my silverware or napkins
