2Came in for what was advertised as a free diagnostic on my van! They told me that i would need a new transmission. Thats it; which i figured. Then i came to pick it up and get it towed to my mechanic! Once that was said they were slightly rude to my partner and I. After getting picking up the van i took it to my personal mechanic and was informed that the wrong transmission wan it the vehicle! Just felt if the van was “checked” then they would have let me know that as anyone would! Also the van never was moved from the drop off spot! Just felt the situation could have been handled a lot better or more professionally but over all experience 3/10!
They did an awesome job on my 200 Chevrolet Impala. Price and service was excellent. Highly recommend.
