Olshan sub contracts the work out so just use the subcontractors at a fraction of the price. Texas Foundation Services completed repairs on my house under the name of Olshan. Just call them and save thousands for the same work/workers literally.

Sam Thompson was our technician and he performed an assessment of our home. Great people skills and acts like he never met a "stranger". Top qualities as an Olshan employee-he is a keeper!

SAM TH. - arrived before time, professional appearance, extremely knowledgeable about the services the company offered. He was concerned about the customer by wearing the proper gear for the current times. I would recommend SAM TH.as an upstanding agent. The answer to the question "Did you use this business? ", currently we have not made up our minds if we will get the foundation repaired, but if we do we will MORE THAN LIKELY, use this company.

We hired Olshan to come level our house late October early November. It was a 4 day job they tried to have done in 2 days. My husband crawled under there to see if they completed what they said they were going to do. In which they had not. So another man came out to see what was not done and completed it. Part of the house still needed to be jostled up and they completely left it undone but expected to be paid the remaining amount. They were only concerned with getting paid versus doing the job. While they were under the house they hit a water line and did not tell anyone. Instead they just slapped some DUCT TAPE on it and called it a day. Now its two days before Christmas and I have 5 kids and 3 adults that live in my home who have been without water for two days, because I am having to hire an emergency plumber to come out and fix someone else's mistakes. Had Olshan just corrected the mistake when it happened I wouldn't be as upset as I am now because they want to deny that they were the ones who did it. When by pictures you can see where they added stuff and there is new wood around it. So the new DUCT TAPE didn't just jump up on the pipes on its own. For a company that's been around for 87 years you'd think they'd hire better employee's whom were honest about mistakes they made. This is just not right and they should have been honest about what went wrong from the jump.

Mark came out to give us a bid for foundation repair and although we have not had the work done yet I wanted to comment on his professionalism. He was here about 45 minutes doing the inspection and then sat with me explaining what he saw and what was taking place and how they could repair it.
They also was able to quote for our front concrete where some areas are taller than the others. I didn't know Olshan took care of that as well so he was able to give me a bid for that too.

Ismael Re was responsive to our needs. Work was done on time and as promised. They worked around my schedule when needed.

I used Olshans for 1/2 my house in 2018 and was very pleased with the crew.so when I needed the other 1/2 completed (2020) I used Olshans again and requested Oscar’s crew.so glad I did.he was very detailed, clean, explained in detail what he was going to do. Very good communicator. And completed the job when he said he would. 5 Stars!

Pedro and his co-worker were on time and extremely professional. They provided great service and were very knowledgeable about the work they were performing. I am very pleased with their work. Thank you.

They were very honest and professional. Explained that my problems were caused by tree roots and told me what I had to do to solve problem long term.

Professional, good quaility work, they kept me in the loop on what they were doing and made sure I was happy with the results. Also a walk throughout at end of the job.

Olshan was the most professional, thorough, responsive, prompt, respectful, honest, efficient, and hard working contractor I've ever dealt with! Specifically Robert, Armando, and Pedro! They were detailed, professional, and actually listened to my questions, answered them honestly, and demonstrated actions that matched their words! The finished project is amazing. Ismael R.from Dallas and his team were very courteous, conscientious of flower beds and other yard work. There is very little if any evidence that we have had foundation work done. Ismael was great throughout the two days his team was here. Communicated with us throughout the entire process. They were able to level out our foundation to levels that were acceptable to even both of my brothers who are engineers. I would highly recommend Olshan for foundation repair and if possible request Ismael R and his team! Also Robert W our certified structural technician was also very honest, communicated what the process would be well and explained what he would recommend and why (also verified by engineers siblings) Thank you very much for the pleasure of working with a company that made a stressful situation for the most part easy!

Mark Tomerlin came to our recently-purchased house to address some concerns we had. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He informed us that our foundation is fine, but there are items that need to be addressed before they create future foundation issues. He made a few recommendations for inexpensive repairs we can make ourselves, and he did not recommend any unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is not only competent, but also honest and trustworthy.

First I would like to thank Ismael retana and
Glen May. They did an amazing job working with us and getting our foundation repaired. Both of them explained to us the process and and how things work. Before this I wasn’t sure how foundation repaired worked. During the start and the finish of the project each one was their to make sure we felt comfortable and answered all our concerns. Bill was extremely kind and helpful when doing our free estimate. The data he gave us was really insightful. Plus, we really appreciate that he wasn't just trying to sell us foundation work. He told us we were fine for now, to make a few adjustments to how our gutters drain, and just call them again in 3-5 years to check up on the foundation to see how it was doing. I'd be happy to do business with them if we ever do have the need.

Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He exceeded our expectations and had great recommendations. We are in the processes of legal action against our home’s original owners and Mark walked us through, step by step, his evaluation and recommendations. 10/10 recommend!

Quite impressed. Jose ran 2 crews.extremely good at their craft. Cleaned up fastidiously and put everything back as it was. They accidentally cut my sprinkler wires but sent someone out right away who repaired it. Been told they will send out a plumber within 30 days to ensure there are no leaks as a result of work.

Just had our consultation with Olshan and I was very impressed with our rep. He gave me very good advice on our front porch issues. Great appointment and not pushy at all!

Ian Kirkland came out and did a very thorough evaluation of my concrete issue. He came up with a cost efficient method to repair the area that was sinking. The bid was substantially less than that of another company. Ian provides excellent customer service and I tried to recruit him to my profession, but he spoke so highly of his company that I gave up. This review is of the initial visit, so I am awaiting the work that needs to be done. While he was out, he evaluated another issue and gave me peace of mind that there was no immediate problem. You have a good man working for you.
