Olshan Foundation Repair was selected to install drainage system upgrades in my house. Professional and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew - Daniel D, Carlos S, Antonio P, Emmanuel P, and Angel V were arrived on time, effectively communicated the installation process and addressed all issues. Outstanding performance from start to finish. Yard restored and clean. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend Olshan for foundation/drainage work.

Raul's crew did our foundation lift and we were very pleased with all aspects of the job they did. When I found tile and wall cracks and a sticky door, I made an appointment with Olshan to inspect my slab. Certified Structural Technician Jason C.arrived on time and measured the level of my slab in a professional manner. After that we sat together, examined the measurement results and he explained my slab has issues.

Since his explanation was very clear, I could understand how the cracks and sticky door were caused. Jason always answered my questions and concerns very quickly.

Olshan introduced me to two third party finance companies. Heather C.who takes care of financing and the warranty, etc.helped me to choose the finance company.

Janie P.told me that the slab work takes 4 days to complete, and so that I chose the start date. She scheduled it and told me what time technicians would arrive. The foundation work started mid March.

Supervisor Nolberto C.and his crew (Anthony G, Carlos J, Issac S, Javier J, Roberto A.) worked very hard for 4 days to install 33 exterior pilings. Since hard rock is underneath my slab, they had to work hard to dig deep holes. The last day was a very cold and damp. Another crew supervisor Kenneth S.also joined to help the installation on the last day. Noberto installed concrete and pebble patches neatly, and the crew cleaned up nicely when the work was complete.

The installation was completed on the promised date. During the construction, I met Nolberto's manager/Product manager Gerald D.and another Product manager Wilvin L. They came to my house to make sure every thing was done properly.

The repair was inspected by a third party inspector. I'm very happy to see my house after the repair was done.

During the process I met and contacted many Olshan workers, all of them were hard workers, and also very friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience working with Olshan.

Finally, the reasons why I selected Olshan are: 1. They have 90 years service in this field which means I can rely on their lifetime warranty. 2. They have patented technologies: foundation pilings are aligned securely by using locking cables.

I highly recommend Olshan to my friends and neighbors.

I am deeply disappointed on how this company does business. I have held out writing a review to really be patient and hope they will turn their service around but I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to help me. When you pay $15,000 for a service, you expect good service and this company has NOT delivered that. From the beginning of the project in January there has been no communication and no call back's when I would call the project manager. The project was delayed without any communication on their part, the project manager had no answers to any of my questions and was hardly on site to oversee the project and the workers seemed lost. I was promised the house would be restored to its original place and that was why I went with this company but in the end it was an empty promise they were not able to fulfill yet I paid the price of restoring the house to its originally place (without it actually being done) which I could have gotten $6,000 cheaper. The workers killed my landscaping and broke my landscaping lighting (I had asked if they wanted me to remove it before hand and they said no, this could have been removed and avoided had I known they were going to make such a mess). Lastly, here we are in March and this was performed in January and I still have not received any warranty paperwork or the structural engineer report which is needed so I can sell my house (the reason why I had this done in the first place). I have called and there is no answer, I have left messages and emails and have received no responses or updates.

We had an excellent experience with Olshan. John Campbell came for foundation inspection. He was on time, professional, very polite and very patient. He patiently listened and answered all our questions. And gave us his honest feedback. We are very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend Olshan’s services.

Overall, simply a great overall experience given the bummer it is when your home needs foundation repair.

All started with Sara’s open communication and patience in explaining all the details and answering my many questions when she came to check our place out when we started seeing those dreaded horizontal cracks in our walls.

Continued with Daniel and his crew as they came to do the hard work. He was kind and professional. The crew was amazingly hard-working. And it was fun to hear them laughing and singing a bit while they dug holes around our house. Just gave me a good feeling to know their work was being done with good spirits and not begrudgingly. Daniel communicated well, too. Answered my questions. Addressed my concerns. And made sure the work was done right and the crew took care of our property.

Heather was very responsive to my questions regarding financing the work. A great communicator as well.

I’m sure I’m missing a few folks. My bad!

All in all, Olshan made a stressful situation a little easier with their professionalism, communication and dedication to their craft.

Daniel and his team were awesome. They came out to repair and raise my foundation and were on-time, courteous, and professional. They left the place looking better than they found it, highly recommended.

Had scheduled service for my foundation repair only to be informed days before the scheduled repair that my credit application was canceled. I was in constant communication with them and never once did they mention this. Not a small thing that should fall through the cracks especially since I had purchased my entire flooring and plumber scheduled. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I asked them to look at my foundation. It took a while to get an appointment but he was on time for the appointment and was very professional. He said work the house foundation wasn't needed, but they could do the driveway, walkway, and patio if we wanted, which have all settled a bit. I appreciate the honesty to not try and get us to do work that wasn't necessary.

I am very pleased with the foundation repair completed on my home by Olshan. Everyone I interacted with from the initial evaluation to completion of the repair was professional and made sure I understood all aspects of the job. Sara completed the evaluation and estimate. She was very helpful with explaining the repairs that were needed and what I could expect. The crew supervisor, Rafael, and the Production Manager, Gerald, were very patient with responding to my questions along the way. Rafael was super conscientious with ensuring his crew was cautious when digging around water and gas lines and they did an excellent job correcting my foundation. The crew also did an amazing job removing excess dirt and debris from the project and left my property looking great! Many thanks to everyone at Olshan for taking care of my home!

If y’all have been having any sort of foundation issues, call this company. Don’t even look for anyone else.

He was not only extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but he was honest and said that he thinks we actually may have a plumbing issue and that definitely do not need foundation repair at this time.

She educated me about watering the foundation and different options to take including a drip system, as well as what he thinks may actually be happening.
