Where do I start? I'm a native New Yorker who received a job offer in Fort Worth, TX. I've never been to Texas outside side of connecting flights at DFW. I was given a 30 day window to figure out my long distance move. I searched for places that were beautiful and had good tenant reviews. After days of narrowing down the "best places to rent", I found Olympus 7th Street Station. The 3D virtual tour blew me away. I loved the location, style and amenities that this property offered. I contacted Brittney. She was a listener. I didn't have to tell her twice of my choices or budget. She immediately sent me several options with layouts and prices. Nothing was left out. I pay very close attention to customer service. Brittney's knowledge of every aspect of her apartments within her properties and professionalism made it easy to choose. Her extraordinary customer service made my decision to apply even more inviting. At the end of our conversation, I applied for the apartment that I selected from several choices. A very short time later, I got a call from Brittney, welcoming me to Olympus 7th Street Station. If that wasn't enough, the welcome letter warmed my heart. The ease of the automated review and signing of the documents made my experience a wonderful one. This is why I had to do a review and give Brittney 5 stars. Thank you a million times Brittney!

I recently moved into Olympus and so far I am loving it! The apartment itself is beautiful, from the layout, flooring, updated kitchen (including appliances, beautiful tile backsplash, beautiful cabinets) to the nice size bedrooms, and the bathroom. WOW, my new favorite room in the house.
It’s within walking distance from so many places for dining and shopping needs. Not to mention the staff has been lovely. Bayley and Brittney took care of my leasing, I recently moved back to Texas from Florida and had to find an apartment Online. They made the experience easy, and ultimately I’m glad I chose this place.

Yesterday I came home to my Toliet over flowing and water was everywhere! It was 5: 15, so after the leasing office had closed, I called Carlo the maintenance manager and told him about the issue I was having. He properly walked me through the steps to turn off the water to my Toliet. Within 10 minutes he was at my apartment door with a water vac. Talk almost service! He even stayed to help me make sure my floor was completely dry and he made sure the water to the toilet was properly turned back on. I'm so thankful that the water did not reach my carpet and he was able to promptly be at my apartment (even after hours) before there was any damage!

I am so happy to have moved here. Brittany and Bailey were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond. I worked in leasing previously and have lived in many complexes across the country but the organization before and during move in was incredible. I also love that this property is a tiny bit older and not made out of paper like the new ones being thrown up everywhere. The older trees and character really set this property apart.
The only things I would ask to be improved would be the hot tub needs a higher temperature and the jets fixed, and the landscaping around the property could use some much needed TLC, which would take this from a 5 star review to a 20 star review!

Wish the a/c was stronger. Make sure you take into account the angle of the sun during the summer when choosing a location of your unit. End units can really cook.

We blast air conditioning set to 66° for 24 hours a day ($$$) and it’s still crazy hot in this apartment. Roommate moved out due to his bedroom too hot to sleep, and I can’t really blame him.

Everything else is great here and would recommend but what’s the point if your can’t even sleep it’s so hot.

Wonderful staff! Friendly and welcoming. Very transparent and helpful with the whole move-in process. Neighborhood is great and the place is for the most part kept clean and tidy (both outside and inside).

This is a place that clearly demonstrates their interest in profit over quality.there are plenty of apartments in the vicinity of better unit quality and with much better customer service, people who care. Do not expect this place to care much about you after your contract is signed, but of course it will be all smiles until then. Your losses are yours alone here. You will find very arrogant staff members here, as if residents are an inconvenience. They even leave wasp nests above unit doors. It’s got good curb appeal, but you won’t live on the curb. Don’t sign a lease here. It’s not worth it. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. If it’s not too late, run!

I’ve lived here almost two years and have only good things to say about the staff and property at Olympus at 7th St Station. They renovated the pool this last summer and keep the grounds very clean and inviting at all times. The maintenance and tidyness of the complex are one of my favorite parts of living here. I applaude Kate and the entire staff for keeping their residents happy and going the extra mile.

Great apartment complex! The ladies in the office really care about you! Wonderful and beautiful community! Sara is a great leasing consultant that gave us exactly what we needed for a smooth transition. This apartment community is home for us!

Olympus is an amazing place to live! It is located in the heart of the cultural district with grocery stores, bars, restaurants, movie theater, and lots of shops within walking distance. The staff is super helpful and maintenance has always fixed any issues I had the very next day. Side note: I stop by the office every once in a while, and just talk about life (get my drift, friendly staff that love their jobs). Olympus has a beautiful pool and hot tub area that is open year-round. The clubhouse has a nice lounge fit with a full kitchen if you wanted to host an event, pool table, and a fitness center. Olympus has at least one community event every month and every Monday they have mimosa Monday, which is perfect after a long day after work. They also have a huge dog park and two different grills for cookouts. The residents are also friendly, the community ranges from college students to family’s to retired folks. PS. I hope this review helps you to just check out the apartment complex and no I am not on there payroll.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. The staff is always extremely helpful and really friendly! The maintenance guy, Jeremy is awesome and does a wonderful job anytime I need help. This is a prime location to live with easy accessibility to West 7th and Downtown! I absolutely love this property and it's so much fun! You will want to live here! ;)

Not the "luxury" apartments as advertised. Apartment was covered with dirt and dust build up at move in. A/C breaks down regularly (and takes a while to get fixed each time). Numerous leaks in faucets and spouts that have ran up water bill, was not reimbursed any of the times. Cheap, even though new, appliances. $750 being offered for new residents and lease renewals is not competitive with surrounding market. And for those reasons, I'm out.

Although I didn’t end up leasing a unit, the leasing agent Sarah was so helpful and friendly! She really went above and beyond to help me find a home.

We lived at Olympus 7th Street Station while we were looking to purchase a home. We really enjoyed every minute of it. The location was so convenient to everything. The manager Kate and all of the staff were wonderful to deal with. We only had 1 small maintenance issue and it was dealt with immediately. I can not say enough good things about this complex. It is a great place to call home.

The staff are so helpful and personable! It is located right next to my favorite health food store - that, combined with their marvelous gym, helps keep me in great shape! Not to mention, the fun night life right across the street.

Love this apartment. Convenient location is the main reason why we moved here and it was definitely worth it. Have not had any problems with the administration or the apartment itself.

I was treated so rude, by the office staff. I was looking for an apartment went in the manager just rolled her eyes up and walked back to her office.wow I was shocked then another Lady I think she was a leasing agent told me she could show me an apt in a little while. I would never lease from low life's like that.

I liked living there but there was a creepy maintenance guy that kept trying to get in good with my son so he could take him places. Then at the end they said that my final walk through was great and a couple of days later said I owed then for the carpet pad. Bad business.
