Olympus Town Center Luxury Apartments, Keller TX

Absolutely Perfect! I am so pleased with my apartment. Thank You so much Amy and Jenn! This property is such a special community.it is so quite with beautifully kept landscaping. The maintenance crew is fantastic and they truly care about the quality of their repairs. Thank you Ryan for getting my apartment ready for me, great job! The management team are so awesome and very professional, Amy does an exceptional job especially during such a difficult time with the pandemic. The Olympus Town Center Team has made my move successful and I am absolutely Loving ️ my new home.

I have lived at Olympus for close to two years. My experience has been tremendous! It's not realistic to expect perfection; however, In my experience I have found the price of rent, amenities, and the support I have received from Amy and Jennifer to be outstanding. I had lost my job due to covid-19 and they have not only been patient and accommodating, but truly understanding to my plight. It's the nicest community I have ever leases from. Keep up the great work Olympus Town Center!

Great place to live, so peaceful, excellent staff, apartments are really spacious and located in a really cool area, you're 2 minutes away from shopping centers and restaurants and in the same time walking distance from the creek where you're in the middle of the nature

Very responsive and communicative. Much better than Flats 901 who don’t return phone calls. Can’t wait to move in here in a few days!

Jenn is always so courteous and professional. Once again, she helped us with excellence. My wife and I have lived here for over a year and love our home here. People like Jenn who serve the residents sets this place apart!

Very professional! The management team stays in constant communication with the residents regarding property updates, community events, and maintenance schedules. So enjoyable.

I feel sorry for anyone that lives here or is trying to live here.i called literally 14 times and i finally get someone to answer and she hangs up on me.i can only imagine how unhelpful they are to the people that live there. Definitely lost me as a potential customer.i hope the staff can learn how to do there job. Does not represent the company well.i would give them 0 stars if i could.

Nice location and friendly staff, yes they have some issue with trash pick up, but hoping it gets resolved soon.

I moved out of the Olympus Town Center community on Jan 14th but yet to receive the deposit back even after 2 months. Phone calls are never answered and even personal visit did not work. Not sure what should be my next step

Horrible place to live! The offices play the music WAY too loud and early in the morning to! There are excessive fines now and the property managers are extremely rude. Every few months they keep increasing the rent and spend the HOA fees on creepy wine nights and massages for couples. Horrible place to live, I've seen three people move out because of the excessive fines. This place really needs to get their act together.

Had a good experience living here, but recently bought a house and am moving out now. Discovered it's a whole new experience when you're no longer giving them business.don't trust anything the staff says. New management has proven themselves to be no better than the old.

Perfect living situation for myself. Mr. Cameron P.has outstanding too listening and following up with situation that occur.

My family and I love how friendly the staff is and how involved are with the community. There is one staff member named Camren that goes above and beyond and he is always helpful.

At first I thought that these apartments were nice. After staying there over 1 year they have numerous problems.
1) Poor garbage pick up
2) Pets defecating in the yard and on my porch
3) Charging me for Items that were noted prior to move in
4) Loud music
5) Poor pool conditions (Hot Tub and pool not clean
6) Loosing paperwork
After moving out I kept in touch with other pervious tennants I found out that they were also billed for dammages that did not occur also.

I love it here so peaceful and quiet! Everyone is friendly. I have had a lot of maintenance that has needed to be done but they are always prompt and it works when they leave.

Bad customer service especially on the weekends.
Apartment a/c soooo loud and right outside the master bedroom. The location is good.

One word: BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT! My family and I have been living here for over 3 years and will be moving out as soon as our lease expires. Olympus took over from Dominion and their slogan is: New Management, New Attitude! Yep, as in terrible attitude. The community was definitely better under old management. The new manager is unprofessional, dismissive of your concerns and is not a problem solver at all. Very unprofessional and fake. The property is over-ridden with weeds and dog poop. Rents are high and could be justified if the place looked classy and upscale! It does not. I would think twice before signing a lease here.

I'm sorry to see poor ratings and bad reviews on here. The landscaping is well kept, the trash is picked up often and we don't have to walk to the dumpster, the manager is very friendly and the office throws parties in the clubhouse. It is nice that they make it easy to get to know the neighbors. I can see this place transforming into a community. The employees are very eager to take care of repairs however I haven't needed any. The apartment is already in great shape! If you think the prices are high, do a little more research. You'll see that they're right at market, especially for the convenient location, right by the town square and beautiful Bear Creek Park. I am grateful to be a resident here.
