Happy with my purchase, it’s a legitimate company, they picked up phone immediately, no huge wait lines. I placed my order they shipped the same the day I received it the next day! Wow! The cross bars are great quality, budget friendly, easy to install, they also got a installation videos on YouTube! Highly recommended, super happy!

Had a fantastic experience with OMAC USA! Their service was quick and reliable when installing a roof rack and Texan mats on my car. The team's efficiency stood out, and I highly recommend them for their excellent service.

The window I received was defective and company did not care. The base of the window was warped and did not sit flush with the body of the sliding door. I reached out and they did not care. I will chalk it up to the game of dealing with companies that don't care about their customers. I had the window installed by professional window installers.

Bought this thinking it would actually fit my car as it says it will in the description yet it does not, it doesn't even come close to fitting my car, waste of money

Bought a Bra for my daughter’s Volvo for Xmas and she trades it in before I can give her the bra. Nice one too! Would have looked great. Anyway, they were real good about letting me return the item even paying for shipment. That type of customer service is rare these days. So I appreciate it. Now I think I’ll look over their website.

This was my first time ordering from Omac. It’s was fast and easy. The price of the mats were $120 less the Benz and look identical. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I have 2024 Volvo XC90. This floor liners have a great quality. They are even better than original Volvo rubber mats!

The rack I ordered did not fit as expected and I requested a return based on how it fit cosmetically. After a bit of back and forth the request was honored. I am pleased with the service and commitment to the customer. I would recommend and will shop here again. Not 5 stars because the product did not meet my standards.

Excellent product. Item was missing a part, however customer service was excellent and got back to me immediately to fix the problem. Roof rack looks amazing and fits excellent on my 2007 BMW 328xi Sedan. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I've been shopping here for a couple of years now between cars & I usually shop at OMAC 1st before I go elsewhere. I like to modify my car with bumper guard, visors, chrome panels, etc. Their products were always easy to install. Products & services were always prompt & fast however with the holidays & all the packaged thieves I decided to drive to the store instead to pick up my order. They were these very premium car mats & 1 for the back trunk. I've looked & reached for awhile now & the only set that I wanted as the OMAC premium 1s. It was worth the price cuz it looked good. When I arrived there everyone was very friendly & I did not have to wait long too for the pick up. And yeah you get what you paid for cuz it fit the dims to my car to the T. They're perfect & I'm happy.

If you're buying from OMAC to save a few bucks, you might save your time and trouble by just purchasing directly from the manufacturer. Or at a minimum, at least consider purchasing from somewhere with a demonstrated history of solid customer service.

I purchased a Rival Skid Plate from OMAC. The skid plate arrived promptly but there was a hole in the box and no mounting hardware present. This was no fault of OMAC as they are simply drop shipping from Rival, which is fairly common for parts like this so that wasn't a big deal to me. I immediately emailed OMAC to which they finally responded at the end of the next day saying they would get me a replacement hardware kit mailed out that very day and that I should also email them the following day for a return shipping label. At first I thought, great, they're sending a new hardware kit! But then I was thinking, why would I return the perfectly good skid plate if they are supposedly mailing a new hardware kit? Are they not sending the hardware kit? A few more days passed and I still had not received any indication of them actually sending a new hardware kit, return label for the skid plate, or any clarification as to what was actually going on. So, I reached out again and they eventually sent me a return shipping label but made no further mention of sending the hardware kit and addressing my confusion. Again I thought, why would I send back the main component if it's only missing the specialized hardware kit? After OMAC not clarifying what was going to happen, I decided to bypass OMAC and went straight to Rival. Within a matter of minutes, Rival responded. Just two short emails and Rival had assured me they had a hardware kit to send my way and even provided a tracking number to which they said they'd get to OMAC to correct this issue. They absolutely did not have to do this, but it was greatly appreciated. I found it to be so simple getting in touch with Rival to get the replacement hardware that it absolutely baffles me and has me wondering why OMAC could not have done this in the first place. I purchased from OMAC and then I had to go out of my way to track down missing hardware, essentially doing OMAC's job myself. If I had known this simple transaction would have required all of this, I would have just spent the additional $10 and ordered directly from Rival.

I'm only updating the review because of the long apology email I received from OMAC. Unfortunately, a long-winded apology after the fact does not change the situation. I essentially did their job for them when they failed to correct a problem with my order. If Rival was difficult to contact I would have been more understanding. But the fact that I got a reply from Rival within minutes says to me that OMAC did not even try to reach out to Rival to correct my problem in the first place.

OMAC's customer service is exceptional. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. Highly recommended! Thank you OMAC!

Had an incredible experience with Omac USA and with Alex in particular. I ordered roof racks for my vehicle and while they were a nearly perfect fit (almost no overhang past towers/feet) I was hoping for something that was a bit longer so I could tie off light loads with a rope; I called Omac to see if I could return them for the XL version of the same brand. They are perfect for my needs.
The level of customer service that Alex provided was truly above and beyond. (Through multiple phone calls and emails he expedited the entire process and provided a level of customer service that surprised me in the best possible way) Thank you!

Customer Service was very helpful with an order I made that for a product that was not compatible with the style roof I have. They sent me links for the correct ones and provided a discount code to make up for the cost of shipping back the incorrect product. Also very good quality products!

During the process of setting up for installing the roof racks for my 2023 Kia Soul, I damaged one of the parts. The good OMAC people immediately saw the problem as partially theirs and shipped me a replacement the next day. This is VERY good service and I have no reservations about recommending OMAC, especially because the product is well designed, of solid construction, and reasonably priced.

Look great but…PLEASE READ
Looked great on my car after having them professionally installed. One hour into my first trip with no load the back one broke off at the base and went flying down the highway. Thank GOD no one was behind me or it could have been a tragedy! Omac refused any responsibility and basically called me a liar! No refund was ever issued and they have been reported to BBB. PLEASE read other reviews not on this site. Buyer beware!
UPDATE- Omacs response here is bogus. I reached back out to them and they are completely ignoring me. I’m not at all surprised, these folks are extremely sketchy.
