I had some very unwelcome visitors in the attic recently and a friend of mine highly recommended Omega Animal Removal.
So I called Omega and my friend was so right.
They are the best.
From the moment Vin Manges, Client Account Manager, came to the door I knew that help had arrived. They don’t just set traps and leave.
They truly inspect the property from top to bottom and seal every possible point of entry.
In my case, Vin found the main point of entry within minutes. He was so professional and conscientious because he understood that securing your home gives you not just safety but peace of mind.
He followed up, came every time he said he would and answered all my questions. He was on a mission from day one! If I could give more stars I would!

I can’t tell you how thankful we were to find this company! After the cold weather we realized we had “visitors” under the house and in our garage. They came out and helped us get rid of the animals. They took the time to explain what we needed to do afterwards so it wouldn’t happen again. If you need help with animal removal definitely reach out to Omega and they will solve your problems!

Couple of folks from Omega pest control came out to my house to give me estimate for removing rats from my attached garage. I do understand that their business model to give quote for sealing the whole house for preventing rats from entering the house, but my request was just to address my garage issue.

Anyway, these guys were honest about explaining their business model but additionally, nice enough to set the rat traps I bought on Amazon with their own bait and also put in tin plates to seal the garage entry points on the sides of closed garage door.

They did not accept any money in spite of being offered. Anyway, least I can do is to leave my review to recognize these really honest and professional folks.

I was hearing noises coming from what I thought was my attic. I wanted someone to come out and check to see if squirrels were getting into my attic. Josh came out and did a free inspection and good news no squirrels in the attic. They were just running across the roof. Josh did remove an old dead rat (gross) from up there. Overall great customer service!

I called twice for a technician to come out to my place for an evaluation of rodents inside the attic. I never received a return call or follow-up. And when I called back for the second time, the customer service girl, couldn't give me an explanation on why my home was looked over. I find it strange and weird to beg someone or company to take my support for their business. Poor customer service.

I got great service from Josh - the install team - and the taller funnier Josh - who helped me out today. The install team did a great job sealing up the holes to my property - knocking it out quickly this morning well before expected - they cleaned up and were super professional! Later when I found one of my attic guests had slept in and wanted out - all doors were shut - and the squirrel threw a fit which sounded like WWE smack down in my attic. I called Josh and he was at my door in 20 mins! He looked in the attic and detected the squirrel. In another 20 minutes taller-funnier Josh and his able assistant came and put in a one way gate to let the lil guy out. Amazing customer service with instantaneous response! We are very happy with Omega Animal Removal. Our attic had some roof rats that chewed there way thru the Facia and Soffit. As noted in a few other reviews, at first the quote seemed a little high but you need to understand more about what is being done that provides a SOLID 5 year guarantee. They not only fix the obvious point of critter entry but inspect the entire house for any other possible entry points and then depending on what type of roof you have, they do preventative "hardening" with roof ridge screen and screening the inside and outside of certain vents. Then after hardening the exterior.they set the traps in the attic to assure the pests are removed and then once that process is done (2-6 weeks), then they de-odorize the attic. So it is a complete process not just a one time fix. I had Wilson and Josh S.work on my roof rat problem. They did an amazing job of fixing the entry point and hardening the rest of the exterior such that I am in anti-critter Fort Knox now. If you want to solve your critter issues once and for all.this is the BEST solution. Wilson and Josh S.were very thorough, professional, on time and respectful of the property. My home is in Austin.

After hearing noises and finding droppings in my attic, I received four quotes from three other pest control companies. I didn't feel good about any of them. I called Omega for my last quote. Out of all the inspections, Josh with Omega was the only one who was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful. Even though we decided to handle the rodent problem ourselves, Josh offered resources along the way and even came to check on the work we did ourselves at no charge. If I ever have any rodent issues in the future, Omega will be the first place I call!

Great company and customer service. I came across them via Google and was really pleased with the entire experience. The front office staff was really friendly and helpful, got a call back promptly from the representative that was coming to may house. Came with mask on, put on foot protection and was very respectful. He gave me a quick evaluation and helped me with my problem promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

Great people and great service all around. I had a great first year. I recently heard a noise in the attic. Called them and they were quick to come look over the house. They found a few areas that needed a little TLC. Very professional and outstanding work.

When my landline went dead in 2015 I discovered there had been a rat infestation in my attic. I called Omega Animal Removal, who had been featured in an article in the Dallas Observer, and they came out right away, set traps in the attic, went over the outside of the house and sealed up any places they could get in, and disinfected the attic. I have not had any more rat activity since then. I recently got a new roof which disturbed some of the work Omega had done 5 years earlier so I called them to come inspect again. Josh S.showed up 2 days later and checked over all of the prior work, made necessary repairs, and also protected my roof ridge vents. He was very friendly, explained everything to me, and did all of the work the same day. I look forward to being rat free for many more years thanks to Omega.

I have been working with Omega Animal Removal to help remove some rats. The work that they do is excellent and thorough. My only mark on this review is that it took several attempts to contact and hear a reply to schedule an appointment.

We had a lot of activity in our attic and Josh and his crew did an amazing job identifying problem areas in our house and fixing them (our attic is at third floor level). After they closed all points of entry the follow up was outstanding. They showed up at the scheduled times. Every one of them are polite, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company! I am sure I won't have to call them back anytime soon but knowing that they have a lifetime-warranty helps to keep my peace of mind.
