Wow! First time in an Omega store, but not my last. I had no idea how much history and majesty the Omega brand carries. Mark is extremely knowledgeable. There's a different atmosphere in the store, it's inviting, friendly, a place I look forward to going back to.

I went in today 12/5/23 for a bracelet adjustment and was treated very well from the moment I walked in, my watch fits like a glove now and I couldn’t be happier.

I walked in only few days after the release of a new watch and they already have it in stock. The SA named Tim greeted me nicely and provided me the best service I have ever had in a watch boutique. He helped me adjusting the watch as well as calling Chase for security alerts. He even walked me to the garage with the watch. We become friend since then and I would definitely recommend this boutique and Tim to anyone who want an Omega.

Went to this boutique this Friday afternoon to check out the Aqua Tera, which i had been wanting try on for a long time. The salesperson told me the watches weren’t for sale and gave me a vibe that i should not be at the boutique. Told me the watches were only for display. I felt uninvited. Hence i left and went to the Panerai boutique and bought a new strap for my PAM915. I will go to a different Omega boutique next time

I m a crazy fans of Omega watches, we used to shop watches in different Omega Boutique, Hou Galleria store is the Most professional and friendly Boutique that I ever visited. The sales person Tim is a superstar, he helped me picked the right watch and got me watches that I would never get from the other store, Excellent service! I would definitely consider my next buying in this store in the future.

Definitely profile clients based on appearance. I already own an Omega, but was interested in a red gold case. I practically had to be my own sales associate just to try on a watch. I’ll just buy one in Dallas instead.

A great review for James and this location. I came in spur of the moment when my watch clasp had an issue and he took care of me right away with a great demeanor. I bought my watch at Houston’s other authorized dealer Zadok. No reason to go there, come to the Omega houston boutique instead.

Closed before actual store closing time. Rude customer service. Would see you standing outside door and not even come to the door. Then finally yelled from behind the door that they are closed. Post actual realistic operating hours, so busy customers would not waste time trying to get service only to be faced rude attendant who cares less about customers.

Visited many well established boutiques when visiting the fine city of Houston. The Omega boutique will remain my most favorite experience. The staff member, Sofia, is well-mannered and treated me with praise worthy store etiquette. She presented me with several fine high-end watches. The one which caught my eye was a black fully ceramic watch. While the watch did attract my attention it was not meant for me, fate had other plans. I can only hope Sofia was able to sell the beautiful watch to the right seller. Wishing her well with her promising career in the watch industry.
