I don’t really look korean so I don’t think they realized that when they were whispering and gossiping in korean about us right in front of me and my boyfriend when I understood everything they said. So funny that customer service is noticeably different when I come with my parents from when I come with non Korean friends. The kbbq isn’t that good anymore there also.

I did not like the meat, it seemed to me of low quality.
The service is good and the accessories too.

The food was amazing. And the waiters were very kind and helpful. Helping us with our food and answering our questions.
The atmosphere is very cozy!

Very good service but the meat is mediocre. It gets so smoky in there it can make your eyes burn. The Banchan they serve was not that great. The cucumbers looked old and the potato was dry.

Yesterday i went there with 5 people, order 3 different kind of meat and want to order some baby octopus for my lil sis but the waiter said no to us cause we have to finish 3 plates of meat before order anything else! I mean who did that rules? And then we order salad but she forgot it, gave me the side eyes when we remind her. Sooo disappointed! Don’t recommend this place!

I will never get lunch menu from here. I got spicy pork, bibim bap and some grilled fish. Poorly made. I was surprised how these simple dishes can be so bad like this. Spicy pork and bibimbap can’t go wrong in any restaurants. But this restaurant, wow. I wanted to throw up. Don't ever get lunch menu here. Side dishes (banchan) were not good either. Kimchi and japche were all dried, I don't even remember what they had cuz I didn't even touch. Waitstaff was nice at least.

Strangely, this is the first time I've been to a restaurant that doesn't taste like this. I don't want to go again. The employees were kind, but they went crazy because they were wasting money and money. I hardly ate and left quickly, so the cashier came and asked if the food was not right or if I woke up quickly.

I came in today but the servies was so bad. Nobody come to ask or take the order even i put the bottom so many times already. I felt so bad for this service now. I was here last 2 years and everything so great. I never come back here any more

I came here with my family, the waiter's attitude was terrible, the shrimp was very stale, and the chicken had a sour taste. It was really bad. Anyway, I won't be here again

Food tastes pretty good but that evening has severe diarrhea & then indigestion until the following morning. It was also super hot - some AC would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, the service was fantastic. I would come back during the winter months & only eat a meal instead of the buffet.

First of all, I come here ALL the time. I come here for my birthday, my anniversary and every other weekend. I ALWAYS leave tip. Not even $5! Not even $10! We leave good tip! Today I came in, firstly the place was hot, they moved the fan from the middle of the pathway to right directly to their people and left the rest of us feeling hot. Secondly, they didn’t come to check on us if we needed more food or water. We had to ring the bell. They would pass and didn’t even look at us.
So at the end we decided no tip cuz like I said bad service and no ac.
The server passed by as we were leaving and saw the $0 and demanded me to change the tip. She was telling me “you people don’t leave tip” “I see you all the time and you leave no tip. ” Like excuse me! I come here ALL the time and this is the first time I leave without leaving tip! FIRST TIME! Because I had a reason! She was literally bugging me demanding tip. That is very unprofessional! Will not come here again!

The food is okay, however the day we went either the AC is not working or they purposely make the environment unbearable so people don’t stay as long for all you can eat BBQ. It was so hot like a sauna.

If you are looking for all you can eat korean bbq, my simple suggestion is don't go. Frozen meat with poor quality meat, it literally tastes better when it's burnt. No server to help you grill, they probably don't want to answer your questions if they don't have to

Edit: charged 29.9 per person for what should've been 10 dolloar worth of food quality and service.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here! It's been a long time since our last visit and we enjoyed everything they brought us. All proteins were of good quality and the side dishes were all yummy too. My favorite is the garlic pork belly. Enjoy!

Good food and good service. Price has gone up a bit but what hasnt.still pretty good value

The food is good for the price, which is very reasonable. It gets very hot in here though, and everyone who was in our party was sweating and uncomfortable being cramped into a small table so close to the grills

Food overcooked, sat on a ducktape seat, chipped plastic glasses, yucky seems very unsanitary

We went to Omi for my husband's birthday lunch and had a great time! The meal was wonderful! The service was great and quick, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere was just right for Koreab BBQ. We will definitely go back.

Me and my family ate here today in Omi Carrollton.we order this soup. I already took a few sips and I saw there’s a cockroach on their soup. They didn’t do anything they told us we don’t need to pay and we can leave. Disgusting food.
