FABULOUS and very attentive to every little aspect. 10/10 would highly recommend OMNI NAIL BAR for quality work and great customer service. The salon was very calm and had a comfortable atmosphere (not like most other where it was so crammed and claustrophobic). Even on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND (for them being their New Years and ours being Valentines + Super Bowl), I can tell they put the most effort into making us feel comfortable and accommodate to all of our needs.

The young girl manager was very attentive and helpful to me; (we even had a mini photoshoot for my nail set)

This is definitely THE ONLY BEST in New Braunfels and would be recommended to anyone who is trying to look for a new clean nail salon with attentive staffs.

I made an appointment I arrived 10 minutes early and they left me waiting for 1 hour I had to leave without receiving any service, bad service I will never return there.

My nails they did amazing it was my first time going there I just moved to the area! But the guy who did my toes did horrible I left with a giant air bubble on my toes in the polish!

First time here at OMNI, and tried the heart cat eye trend i saw all over insta and they nailed the trend with perfection!

The front desk was very attentive as well as amazing and Jessie (the manager I assumed) was very detailed in explaining everything from what I needed to have done to help me achieve this look (I definitely recommend asking for her if you have any questions or concerns on achieving a look).
Fun Fact: She even helped me capture this lovely photo of my nails.

Overall, definitely a OUSTANDING experience and DEFINITELY recommending it to anyone looking for a clean, great quality service nail salon. TRY FOR YOURSELVES!

I’ve been going to this place for awhile now. I was just about to give up on this place because I had tried a few different nail techs all nice but I just wasn’t impressed with their work.
Finally I found a tech whose work I liked.
I get the dip powder on my actual nail and on average I could make it 3 weeks with no problems. Fast forward to the Friday before thanksgiving I went in to get my regular dip. Was leaving then next day to go out of town for the holiday. Three days in they were cracking and chipping nothing I could do about it from out of town I got home the week after Thanksgiving so by the time I got home and went to the nail shop it was 2 weeks from the day I got them done so I already knew it was gonna be to late to get them fixed for free but thinking ok well Im a solid customer I spend lots of money here on the regular and I’m not one to make a big deal about stuff like this but figured the least they could do is give me a little credit for the fact the nails didn’t last 3 days but instead the owner made no attempt to make it right or offer any kinda of anything except telling me to get acrylic that was gonna cost $70 for the first set.
Anyway my regular tech was not there so I went ahead and let someone else do it since I was already there and my dumb self went with acrylic with a painted on french manicure only for the polish to start chipping off within a week!
So I went back one more time after that mostly because I had $20 off on my next visit. I had an appointment got there waited 45 mins during that time I was soaking off the acrylic because I knew better. They charged my to soak of the nails even tho it was wayyyyyy past my appointment time lol. Got my nails done by my regular tech. Again within 2-3 days nails were chipping and who don’t have time to run to the nail shop for repairs as often as I would need to is me so they won’t be getting any more of my money or time! The only reason they got 1 star is because my nail tech was always very nice to bad the owner cost her a great customer!

Andy was fabulous! I have been searching for a new nail tech for almost a year and I have found him. Very nice, clean facility!

I have been coming to this salon since I relocated here in September 2023. I have always went in as a walk in and have been very satisfied with all the techs that have done my nails. However, yesterday I was put at Viviana’s table and I must say. SHE IS THE BEST! She did a perfect job and I will now be making appointments with her. She is very meticulous and she does not rush you out. She made my natural nails look gorgeous with a dip french manicure. Can’t wait to see what she does next.

Probably won’t be back here. This was my second visit. The gentleman who did my pedicure went as quickly and carelessly as possible- his massage was a single movement done to legs, not feet for the entire 5 minutes. The most slap-bang pedicure I’ve ever had. Then I had to wait over 20 minutes between pedi and mani for someone to have time to for the mani…. Rather unprofessional. The girl who did the mani took more care, but balked when I expressed that there was a spot in the gel that was too thin/a dark spot showing through. Instead of fixing it right away, she discussed it at length with her neighboring nail tech and squinted at it, so I just told her to let it go. After leaving and inspecting them further, there’s a lot of gel also left on my skin around the nails that was not cleaned up. It was a messy job overall.
Also the floor in here is rather dirty, which makes me worry about how clean they’re keeping everything else. All in all, won’t be back.

First time here and will definitely be back. Super friendly staff and the place is beautiful. Thank you Glen for a wonderful experience. You are simply the best. Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had!

I cannot say enough good about Omni Nails. I lived in New Braunfels for 4 years and have been using LeNa, the owner, to do my nails. I now live in Boerne, and I drive 1 hour to get my nails done. And trust me, it isn’t a fun drive. But I have never found anyone who does such a great job and is so kind to me. The whole family works there, lovely daughter and husband. And even a brother, named Peter, and One time my car wouldn’t start when I was leaving Omni and Peter came out and jumped my car for me. Just love all of them. Been going to Omni for 7 years now. I’m an older lady, and just get pink and white acrylic nails. Lots of compliments.

I absolutely love my nails and Andy was so sweet and funny he made my day, it’s been one hell of a week but I can say he made me laugh and it’s been a while so thank you I will definitely be coming back!

Love coming here for my nails have had my nails done by Andy and kelvin on several occasion and they are great and easy going these 2 guys are it! These were done by kelvin. Love them!

I have been here twice and i absolutely love it! I don’t mind the 35 minute drive on I 35 for the service they provide everyone here is very friendly and polite. I had my nails done by Trish today and was not disappointed, she constantly asked if everything looked good as she was going. Will definitely continue to come back.

3 out of the last four pedicures were horrible. I got the same lady for 2 of these. This last time she manually put my feet in cold water. She told me what type of pedicure I was getting and proceeded to make 2 cuticles bleed. She scrubbed the arch arch’s of my feet when I asked not to. I complained to the person doing my pedicure. The lady checking me out with the owner 2 feet away and no one said a word to me. I will never go back.

I always come here but today they were extra awesome: I made a big mistake by going to nb nails. I drove straight here right after and OMNI took great care of us. They reshaped and recolored my nails to perfection! They ended up having to re do my daughters entire set due to how bad they left them at nb nails. But they left her nails looking perfect! This place is #1! Lesson learned for me to be patient and wait when they are busy. OMNI IS WORTH THE WAIT! Thank you for taking care of us!
