Today was the worst trip I ever had.this trip started in Houston with the promise that I would be be getting to Tapachula safely and without problems unfortunately I was sold a lie.i was told this trip was direct and no transfer from bus to bus. Now imstuck with nowhere to go. I paid$249.00dolars and I'm out of ticket money and stuck in Tampico. What a rip off. Best believe I will speak with corporate office.if I get sick with covid19 I am suing.definately nostars for this company.

The staff makes it their personal duty to get you on the right bus, at the right time. This is not Greyhound.

I tried to buy my ticket online and the website kept on lagging. So I called the place like five times until they answered me and told me they couldn't help that the only way to buy the ticket is to go up there. Customer service is the worst the workers are lazy and won't help at all the buses are a good ride but the customer service is just BAD. Good luck!

I purchased my ticket from Houston to Guerrero they said I was going to trans boar in laredo and that I was going straight to Guerrero from there. It was a lie I trans boarder 4 times in total when I got to queretaro I was told that they do not have busses for Guerrero. What they can do was send me to cuernavaca and purchase a ticket to Guerrero. That's the option they give me. So they just lie so we customers can buy tickets and they can sell. Next time I just rather take a flight. This is nonsense. Really bad company.

The only bus line we will use to bring or send our loved one back and forth to Monterrey. Very clean, caring/professional staff and dependable bus line.

Was only OK because they sell tickets for VIP (include Wi Fi) and it has no Wi Fi

No worries, on the road the units are very confortable and you feel relaxed and safe traveling with experienced drivers
