5The bus is outdated and old, seat space is good and costumer service is not that great.the only positive that they do arrive fast.
So they left my mother at the border! All because the driver didn't feel like waiting while the agents were asking her a few questions. He just LEFT.aaaaand they "lost" my mothers luggage
Only went there to drop off sister-in-law to buy her bus ticket. Seems like a clean place from the outside. Security guard came to the car and told me to move it, even though I was about to pick her up. Sister-in-law says the bus is OK. Predominately used by Hispanics.
Do not what ever you do Do not go in this business! Horrible service and the front desk staff don’t care about your issues and are so rude! I was so mad we left to our destination at 7am and didn’t get there to 10: 30pm what was supposed to be a 12 hour trip turned into a 15 long hour trip! No wifi the plugs to charge the phone didn’t work and no movie plying! Save your money! Don’t take them! Horrible customer service they don’t care about the customer, they just blew off my complain. In fact the day we where leaving we called the front desk and the phone was ringing we could hear it but the chick where just sitting there not answering the phone calls! We could see them and hear the phone! They wouldn’t answer it, they where talking to each other!
Horrible customer service. Had issuses with my luggage. Drivers so rude and unprofessional.manager didn't even bother to help.also disrespectful.avoid this place.no customer service at all.
