Great experience, had three wisdom teeth extracted with no complications, was able to get consultation visit and procedure appointment back to back, staff was very helpful and friendly, Dr. Orfanos was great. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Dr. Metz and his team are absolutely the best! I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me. I am very picky about who I trust with my teeth and I highly highly recommend. Not enough words could describe the love and appreciate I have for them!

This my the second implant with Dr. Orfanos. He and his staff are excellent. Dr. Orfanos explains the process and answers your questions to make sure you are a fully informed patient. They make ensure that you are comfortable and pain free before and after the surgery. After both implants, I felt I had the best surgeon, surgical assistants and staff to care for me. If you want the best, choose Dr. Orfanos as your oral surgeon.

My wife and I have both had procedures at OMSH. Professionalism and competence have a great way of calming the nerves associated with oral surgery. I had a procedure with robotic assistance that went flawlessly and the post op pain was surprisingly minimal. Thanks, Dr. Orfanos, Daysi, Tori, Yvonne and the rest of the staff.

Couple of months ago I had my tooth extraction and had my implant placed last week. Dr. Orfanos was great! Procedures were flawless. I had no pain and was able to get back to normal right away. His staff was very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend him.

My fiancé had her wisdom teeth removed earlier this week and Dr. Seidel and her team were great from the initial consult until post-op. Check in and the office staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend OMSH.

I fell and shattered the bone my upper teeth connect to and had no idea what I was in for when I walked in their door. Dr. Seidel and the team at OMSH worked me in the same day I came in and scheduled surgery the following day to get me started on the road to recovery. They have provided excellent service, not only in regards to the dental practice, but also scheduling, helping with insurance filing and over all customer service. A year ago, i had massive tooth infection and needed an implant. Dc Orfanos was great, very gentle with my tooth and always on time! His assistant Yvonne was so comforting during the process and always informing me of what was coming up. As painful a tooth infection could be, the implant process was pain -free. I would highly recommend Dc Orfano and his team.

OMSH is amazing. Everyone is extremely caring and compassionate. I had implant surgery ongoing for several months at OMSH. My Doctor John Orfanos and his team Yvonne Kotenas and Nora Fernandez are awesome, exceptionally skilled and gentle. All my life I have been scared silly of dentists and dental surgery, but after the first procedure in the hands of Dr. Orfanos and his team, my fears were put to rest; and I felt that I was in the hands of the specially blessed - minimal pain during surgery (especially with the injections), constant care during and after the process, explanations at every step of the way, and recovery without complications. The reception team Jessica, Tory, Mandy and Corinne were always kind, helpful and facilitating in making my appointments, and providing information requested. My sincere thanks to Dr. John Orfanos, Yvonne and Nora for taking care of me - you are all wonderful people and exceptional professionals in your chosen field. Dr Seidel was WONDERFUL! I had no pain after my surgery at all, and I had 4 wisdom teeth removed as well as another molar. Everyone was very professional and the nurses are lovely. I wish I would have done the surgery sooner, and not been in pain as long as I was. This is the place to go!:)

I was referred over due to a cavity in a wisdom tooth that was very painful. Dr. Orfanos delayed leaving to go out of town in order to do a wisdom tooth extraction and get me out of pain on the spot. He and his nurse took great care of me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I just want to tell you that I have received the BEST care from Dr Metz and Vonnie! I recommend them any day! Love y'all!

I am 25 years old and I’m in the medical field myself. So, I truly appreciate when another practice takes care of their patients so well! I had my wisdom teeth taken out TODAY and I could not recommend Dr. Metz more! He’s very knowledgeable and answered any concerns I had since I have TMJ I was weary. But, he made me feel very at ease and I immediately trusted I was in good hands. My nurse Sharon and assistant Sula were so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable. Nurse Sharon was so personable and treated me so well.

This has been the easiest experience for a surgical procedure that I’ve ever been through! Scheduling my pre-op, surgery day, and post-op appointments was so easy. I was able to stay in contact with their insurance person very easily and she helped me understand my benefits.

Thank you Dr. Orfanos! After 2 failed dental implants by another surgeon, I went to OMSH and met with Dr. Orfanos. He was very kind and answered all of my questions and he understood my concerns about a 3rd attempt dental implant. I felt very comfortable with having him perform the procedure and the result was successful and I cannot thank him enough:) Overall experience at OMSH was a good one, the staff is friendly, no long wait times and nice office. Highly recommend.

Dr Orfanos is so nice. The office staff are so helpful. You are treated by family This is the go to office in the Houston area.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. Not only will you wait forever at your appointment to be seen the place is so disorganized that nobody knows what’s going on there including the doctor. Speaking of the doctor, Dr Metz, is arrogant and rude and will try to convince you to get treatment that is not needed just to put money in his pocket. The insurance lady is rude and never gets back to you as promised. Then when you do finally get in touch with her -because you have to repeatedly call the office to even get someone to answer- she gives you attitude on the phone just because she does not want to do her job and makes excuses why she doesn’t have the information as promised. My husband and I went to another oral surgeon for a second opinion because we were so dissatisfied with this office. The second opinion my husband received was an honest one plus the doctor and the staff were amazing and friendly. Oh and by the way Dr Metz also told my husband he was going to need extra “build up” for his implant which in fact he did not because he recently had his implant placed successfully elsewhere without all the supposed extra stuff needed that Dr Metz lied about. Please save your time and money and do NOT go to this office. This is by far the WORST office my family has ever been to.

Just went in for a pre-op consultation for my wisdom teeth extraction and couldn't be happier with the experience. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving and the whole process was quick yet thorough and informative. Dr. Seidel was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know for the surgery and answered all of my questions.

Consulted with Dr. Metz regarding implants. Was very impressed with his credentials, experience and patient care. Fears were quickly cast aside as I opted for sedation during the procedure. After a couple of days of very mild discomfort I am very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend Dr. Metz.
