Seemed like a promising community business man, worked with us when it came to budgeting, over all really cool owner. The problem is they never came back up to fix the hole even after calling them and telling us that they will fix it. And now we've had birds up there along with plenty of rain I can smell something wet like cardboard coming through the vents that's got my throat and stomach acting up the AC works AMAZING, just don't think they did the best job when it comes to the install and clean up.

I recently had my AC unit replaced by this HVAC company, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From the initial consultation to the installation, everything was smooth and professional. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. Not only is my new AC unit functioning perfectly, but the overall experience was hassle-free. The company's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Bad Business Practice. Submitted A/C claim with my home warranty. My home warranty emailed me service provider as On Point Heat & Air on 08/11/23. I contacted On Point and they scheduled appointment for 08/11/23 between 1-5 p.m. No showed and no call or text. I contacted On Point to confirm appointment. On Point apologized and rescheduled for 08/14/23 between 7-11 a.m. No showed and no call or text. I text On Point and their excuse was too back-up. Rescheduled appointment for 08/15/23 between 1-5 p.m. On Point called me that morning and said they had 2 techs call in sick. Recommended I request another Service Provider with my home warranty company.

I definitely recommend On Point Heating and Air for the positive experience and fast response when I called for an AC Unit repair/ purchase quote. They have several options and awesome customer service.a shout out to Alyssa. Mike did a great job walking us through pricing, accessories needed without a high pressure sales pitch. I was apprehensive at first due to the previous eye - opening quotes I got prior to contacting On Point. Mike took the time to answer all my questions and graciously worked within our budget, giving us a reasonable price. Install happened same week, right after he consulted with us. Thankyou Mike for being a blessing when we really needed one.

Our ac went out and we needed new installment Asap. On point came out the next day which was on Friday. Salvador and his partner came out and did what they had to do. He gave me many options to a new heating and air system to replace my 16 year worn system that continued to need repairs and now not working. He promised to have my new system installed the same day so his crew stayed until the job was done. We’re very pleased!

I have nothing but good things to say about On Point, I was introduced to them through my Home Warranty Company and was very impressed with the speed and professionalism they showed. When my financing fell through I though I would still have time to get a loan, but due to an incredibly poorly timed mini stroke, though is there really a good time for that. Michael could have gone straight into legal measures, but choose instead to very graciously work with me. A business man with a heart and spirit of generosity, I can't wait to see what he does for an encore.
