On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, South Padre Island TX

The food was fresh and hot. Lyanna was our server. Excellent service. Definitely will be back.

Food very good and plentiful. Our waitress, Leanna, was absolutely exceptional. She was so helpful and attentive. Service like that makes you want to go back again.

Went for lunch on a Friday. I had a fajita salad that was amazing! A big plate of salad, a plate of fajitas and grilled veggies, sheer heaven. Nice drinks and reasonable prices.:)

Food and drinks tasted good but different every time we went there. Daniela was a great server and bar staff friendly too.

Issue resolved February, 2023. We recently had a small issue at On the Border in the Hilton on South Padre Island. We talked to the restaurant manager Brian about it. He was very professional and understanding. The issue was resolved quickly and above and beyond are expectations. We were able to enjoy another excellent meal and enjoy happy hour later on. Thank you Brian! Your professionalism was a breath of fresh air.

My first time here and I loved it. I sat at the bar where Veronica was amazing, nice and very friendly. The drinks and food were delicious as well.

Their yummy daily specials and house margaritas for Happy Hour keep us coming back. Cynthia and James are very attentive servers!

Leanna gave us wonderful attentive service with a great smile.
We had taco Tuesdays and they were excellent!
We will be back!

Veronica A.was on top of her game. She was a great multitasker and kept our drinks filled and our food readily available. OTB didn’t disappoint.

Lyanna, was a terrific server. Recommended a different option that was exactly spit on and delicious.

Elizabeth did a great job on this WINDY YUCKY day at Barry's. She went out of her way to supply coffee and get heaters fired up. Always with a smile!

Veronica was our bartender and waitress. She was extremely efficient, very friendly and attentive. The food and Margaritas were amazing!

Have always enjoyed the food and service here and still did this time.
Only disappointing part was the oysters, I understand not doing the $6 happy hour deal anymore but the oysters were no where near the size they used to be and cost over three times what we used to pay.

Drinks at bar were good. Empanadas were not very good they tasted store bought. There was an unpleasant smell so we left after one drink.
