Food was good and I appreciate the staff. However the music was WAY TOO LOUD, and the songs were by no name artists. Please play something with a broader appeal and at a volume that allows for table conversation. Yeesh.

Excellent customer service from the waiters. Came after work with a friend to have a drink and some appetizers. Food and drinks were good but i will say Alysha gave us excellent customer service! We will definetly be back and if you are in the area stop by for some food and a drink and meet the great staff they have working for them.

Gave this place a second try. Both times were at lunch during the week and it was pretty empty. Same thing happened. Waited a while for someone to greet us. Seated and no one came to our table to take drink orders. Once we ordered drinks and food it took an hour. Second time we just left.

I am SUPER unimpressed with the service here. I cannot believe I waited almost 2 1/2 hours to receive my to go order after it even being ordered in a timely manner. I was told my order would be ready and it was not. I showed up and they hadn't even made my order yet. They even acted as if it wasn't a big deal.after arriving I waited almost another hour! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I will not be ordering or eating from this location anymore. I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR ON HERE BUT THIS LOCATION DESERVES NO STARS!

Waited 3 minutes to be seated waited 5 minutes to be Seated at the table and still no service I left will never go back. It was 2 o'clock on a Saturday and not busy maybe about 5 tables

I've given this place 3 tries and each time my experience was worst than the last. No matter how dead the restaurant is expect to wait. Ordering ahead? Still a 30 min wait AFTER your given pickup time. Customer service is non existent and even after waiting your order is guaranteed to be wrong or missing something.

Ignored for 5 minutes when we arrived. Waited 5 more (nobody else waiting) to be told we’d have to go on the waitlist.
WHAT? Restaurant was maybe 1/4 full. No waiting in the bar because there wasn’t a bartender. It’s FRIDAY NIGHT!
Went to OTB Denton for great, friendly service!

It was ok. Had some apps and drinks. I'd probably only be back for a drink.if the patio is open. There are so many good small businesses in area that are much better.

8/29- terrible terrible terrible. This place can’t even get servers or pay people to work. Manager didn’t seem to care except it was a 25 minute wait because it was bare minimum staff working. Nobody in the bar working. Place was empty. STAY AWAY. How does this place not improve?

Horrible. Don’t waste your time. We use to go frequently but now it is worthless. Service, food, kitchen, management all need an upgrade. Waited 45 minutes for poor quality food. We only waited is because we had our kids. Manager apologized and said they were short a cook. Brown guacamole, cold cheese enchiladas, burnt nachos.dirty atmosphere.

The food wasn't terrible but it wasn't good either. I have a mild allergy to jalapenos so I asked for mushrooms instead of Pico. No mushrooms? Our server was fantastic though.

Slow service. Too many customers for a single server to cover. Manager did not step in to support. Waited 15 minutes for water and another 15 minutes for drinks. Food orders came out incorrectly. I wanted to go into the kitchen to help out.

Always great! A little trouble with guacamole not ground up to dip consistency. Not had this problem before but rest very tidy and fresh

I like on the border and I always order the same thing and this Cup of border queso look weird! It’s like water with green sauce! Didnt even wanna try it!

Pretty good stuff. You can carside-to-go an actual real food lunch for about what the drive through paper bag of random garbage would cost you. Leave that synthetic made in China hamburger patty for someone else.

The server wasn't very interactive. Food took way to long to make (even tho they were NOT busy whatsoever). And also our server did few mistakes and didn't even bother to say sorry or anything like it.

We went to eat at On the Border and was familiar with their food which was very good as usual. What was exceptional this night was our waiter, Jaden. He was attentive, engaging, fun, and right on with the food and drinks. He is a great asset to On the Border and we hope he goes far in life. Keep being who you are and having a great attitude. Kudos to the manager too, she was friendly and helpful too, though I didn't catch your name.

5 de mayo can get busy but Erica made sure to take care of my family. She was very kind and gave us options on our food choices. She was also very quick to bring us our food and overall just made our experience enjoyable. Honestly it's hard to find this kind of hardworking employee. Keep it up Erica!

Was our first time here. Our waiters name was Ayden, we ordered chips & queso which we enjoyed & then I ordered the chicken & shrimp Fajitas, chicken was very tender & the shrimp was very tasty.
My son, who we joke is a bottomless pit, like I'm sure most teenage guys are, ordered the borderritto, he almost couldn't finish it, it was HUGE. Seems the only problem we had was we couldn't make the burrito spicy enough. Our waiter even went to the cook and told him we needed more of kick and he made a fresh order of what Ayden said was 3 alarm salsa, this smelled hotter that what it Actually was.
Trying to find the spicy food seems to be our real challenge wherever we go.

Amazed employees aren't required to wear mask. During a freakin pandemic. Driven off left the food right there in drive thru. No tell how much virus aerosol circulating in the cooking area and restaurants in denton
