They changed the pick up time twice when trying to get my husband urn. By them doing that it caused me to make multiple trips to the funeral home cause me more grief.

Terrible experience. I had a retirement plaque made. They taped my badges to the plaque. I was a little skeptical about the tape. Badges began falling off the plaque so I brought it back. 10 weeks later I returned to the place to learn nothing had been done. They said they had been trying to figure out how to place my badges on the plaque. I spent a lot of money on this plaque. They just gave my plaque back and said “sorry”. They didn’t even offer to make it right. I’m disappointed but they got my money.

They where very nice kept me up too date on my order and when it was done my daughter's damaged Trophy was perfect. Definitely made a customer for life. Funny how a smile and great customer service works THANK YOU!

Really neat business. They do all sorts of engraving and personalization of items and embroidery.

My mother-in-law has purchased and paid for each stocking for 6 of her grandkids. I went with her to pick up the latest stocking for the newest grandchild.

On the Cutting Edge Engravers did a really nice job embroidering the stocking with the child’s name and a holly leaf with berries just like her sister and brother’s stockings. They did a great job.

While there I noticed that they have some really nice products. For example, grill sets, statues honoring police, firefighters, military personnel, trophies, knives, and much more. I ended up purchasing a nice pocket knife for my husband. I hope to go back to browse some more. I highly recommend!
