On the Rox, Houston TX

First time trying out this place. Went to lunch with a co worker, to my surprise they have a fantastic menu with unbeatable prices. I was not expecting much but I devoured my burger! It was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. My waitress was extremely great and would check on me consistently all while working the bar too! Great food and even better service!

On the Rox is excellent. Inside is huge with two sides, smoking and non. Plenty of entertainment with darts, pool table, etc…

The food is what really sets them apart. The menu has an excellent variety. Seafood is excellent! The atmosphere is great too, went in on a Wednesday (Crawfish Night) and it was super busy. Even with the crowd the service was outstanding.

If your in the area you can beat On the Rox for great food and drinks!

Came for a quick lunch. They have pot roast today, and it's really yummy. Above bar food. Friendly service.

Good service, fun atmosphere. Good drinks. Smoker friendly, afterhours. I'd suggest a vape.

Fast, friendly, and accurate service. It was my first time and I noticed walking up one door said "non-smoking" entrance, so I went in that one. One half is smoking and one half is non, but there is a big open space between. It wasn't smokey on the non-smoking side, but you could definitely smell it. It's been so long since I've been somewhere that people smoked inside! It really didn't bother me, kind of nostalgic even, but I know people who would not be happy about it, that's why I mention it. I'd go back!

Would be great if the manager didn't deliberately not turn the sound on for the Cowboys fans even though there were no other games playing. Petty. Poor customer service. I counted 17 Cowboy fans still watching the game. I understand not l ok liking ever team but that's just bad management. Guy in orange attitude sucks.

Drinks are watered down and regular price for them, no I think I can go elsewhere, service was subpar. The ambience is good and the TVs are everywhere.

We had several parties here and was very pleased. I had my bday party in June and it was great but when I got the bill I was shocked. They overcharged for several things. Said I didn't pay a dep, which I paid 2 months prior. Charged my credit card the next day for something I still don't know what it was for. They added a tip of $126.oo to the bill and I informed them I had paid in cash for the tip, they refused to remove it. I'm still trying to get these charges off my credit card. Just be sure to check your tab carefully before you sign.

We are back and we have hugged and are all good. Just wish they would have paid more attention that night but they have taken care of us the last few times here this month. Just couldn't miss the fish special any longer

Best place to watch the game! The owner, bartenders & wait staff are fantastic! Their food is great! It's Crawfish season and they have good Crawfish! Get over there!

If I could give more stars, I DEFINITELY would. We held a retirement/graduation party here. It was so fun and easy. Tommy and Stephanie are the BEST! The made planning, set-up and takedown a breeze. The upstairs area was perfect - it was a private area with our own FABULOUS bartender, Stephanie. If you need a party space - this is ideal. They will accommodate anything you need. 1st class service and great people. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

6 stars because I fell on my face as soon as I stepped outside! I’ve never fallen especially after leaving a bar. They were not stingy with the liquor. The patrons were super nice and even brought drinks for me and my friend. Extremely spacious with tow sides to the bar. There is a smoking and nonsmoking side.thankfully. I will definitely return

Great bar all around. Just came for crawfish and it was excellent. They do offer a full menu and it’s not all just bar food. It’s a two sided bar for smoking and for me non-smoking. Makes the environment comfortable for anyone.

Don't understand how one weekend I get carded and the next week I don't. I've come several times. I had my wallet stolen so I didn't have my ID this time. Mind you I'm in late 40s, I was turned away. So disappointing, especially when I spend at least $100 when I visit.

Enjoyed a night out with my Hubby and a few friends. The drinks were fantastic and the music was great. I enjoyed the food, but the crawfish could have been a bit more flavorful. No comparison to Louisiana crawfish! Needs a little work.

Good service. Smokey bar, but has a no smoking side. Pork chops and steak you won’t regret ordering. Definitely one of the better hangouts in the Jersey Village area for weekends.

Pretty cool spot to chill and hang out. Great waitresses. Good drinks. Pool tables could be upgraded. You have to try the wings. Delicious.

Marisa and Christina are the best. So is the other waiter, but I'm buzzed and not good with names. I'll update later.
They really make this place a fun and interesting hang out. Always friendly and on point!
