On Time Experts, Garland TX

I called asking about what I heard on the radio commercial that they will check old R22 units for free. I asked how much R22 would be per lbs and was told they couldn’t tell me until I made an appointment. Not a good business move, especially when you could be charging more than other companies for R22. Lost a customer by not giving information. I called multiple places and have never been told they can’t tell me price until they make a visit. SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM. Makes me think they will over charge since they will not disclose pricing.

I bought a 14K system from On Time Experts 3 years ago and it has turned out to be the biggest mistake I've made in a long time. The system itself, A Trane, is great. I signed up for there friends and family, and quite frankly, I'd rather be their enemy. I have my system serviced every 6 months and without fail, there is always something else I need to pay for. Since buying the system, I have probably spent another 3K on things they say I need in order to keep my system running right. It got to where I was afraid to have them come out because it was going to cost me again. And of course me not knowing anything about AC, I have to rely "On The Experts". Not anymore! Please be aware of what comes after buying the system. I will now be looking for an honest company that does not try to GIG you every chance they get. Buyer beware!

Dinell came today helped us with our AC. He is professional and really informative. Definitely recommend him if anyone needs help.

During all of that severe cold snowy weather we had a clogged drain and eventually an outside faucet, which was leaking, burst a pipe. Chris Woolweather (not sure of spelling), came at 9pm on a Sunday and worked for 31/2 hours to get us straightened out.he worked tirelessly and had a wonderful attitude and personality! He hooked us up and we will be ever so grateful!

During the Snowvid-21 event my 83 year old Grandmother was struggling with no heat. Dinell Smith came out and took care of my Grandmother when conditions were treacherous. This is a company and a person who truly cares about people! When all the other companies were not willing to get out and take care of their people, this company was there for the elderly! That speaks loads and volumes to me! I highly recommend a company that cares! They got her heat back on and she was able to be comfortable during this horrendous event.thank you from the bottom of my heart!

If i could give this place a negative star I would. It's been twice I've tried them and the same results both times. Set up an appointment to weeks in advance and when the day came for them to come no call, no text, no anything to say they weren't coming out we'll need late. Then when u call them they say, oh we're dealing with emergency calls right now and we've moved your appointment back later this evening. That's had happened 2 years in a row. The only thing they were on time for me was not coming.

We were recommended by Dinell to try On-Time Experts. Dinell checked our existing system, and let us know that we needed far more than just a check-up. He got us interested in meeting with a Comfort Expert, and so he helped us schedule an appointment.

We met up with Lance, and he was extremely informative, with great advice. I really appreciated him looking out for what we most needed at this time. He really made us feel comfortable, and helped us make the best decision.

To conclude, like a cherry on top of a pie, Dale helped us to route the air around the house more evenly, and even gave us advice in our time of construction/remodeling to preserve the new system!

We are so thankful for this company and each of their employees.as they were all so personable, considerate, and efficient through this stressful process of remodeling our new house!

On Time worked out great. They actually called and got me on the schedule earlier once a spot opened up. Ray came out and he was super professional. He was very informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Thank you Ray. I’ll be using them again in the future.

My AC was DEAD! Matt and Tommy came out. They were kind and patient. They explained everything about my units to me. They were really compassionate. Even in the midst of a not so great time, these guys made my day. My AC is alive again. And I will never call another company except On Time Experts!

Barry came out today to do our diagnostic and my family and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was professional, courteous and respectful and answered any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend their service and his expertise in the future.

I am totally pleased with service provided by Jesse Cuellar today. Not only did he get my AC operating properly, he signed me up for recurring maintenance to help prevent future problems on my systems. Thanks to On Time Experts for recognizing veterans' service and providing this program at no cost to us.

Technician was on time. Did a good job and was professional. Made suggestions of things I might consider doing. Let me know as a veteran I now get my monthly contract bill waved. That is great. I have done business with company since 1980. They have always done a great job for me and treated me great.

These guys recently replaced the central A/C in my elderly in-laws home. The price tag was over $11,000! THAT IS NOT A TYPO, $11,000!
My in-laws were basically bent over and taken advantage of. This is how this company treats our elder population.

I have owned a home for 30+ years and had many service calls. Jesse has taken the top spot. Awesome customer service. I can't say enough. He kept tabs on me even when we said we wanted to check with our home warranty. He followed up to make sure everything was good. Came back for a second visit and they got the work. Jesse and the On time Experts are now my HVAC team.

Matt and Diego arrived on time to do a new HAVC install. They were conscientious about keeping the house clean and worked hard and diligently. The also performed 3 special requests that I had requested. Very pleased with the workmanship. I am a satisfied customer.

On Time Experts have been thorough in repair work at my home, recently I had same day service to repair my A/C and am very pleased with the technician who arrived promptly and worked efficiently while here. Thanks a lot!

It's not fun to have our AC go completely out over Labor Day weekend. Dennis went way out of his way to get our AC restored including driving to obtain parts from alternate sources. He and a compatriot spent substantial time tracing and tracking down a wiring short then repairing the damage. Thanks to both of them for their professionalism and dedication to getting our system back up and running.

Andrew and Jasper saved me from the heat today! Not only did they find the problem quickly then fixed it quickly, we had a great time. It’s like having old friends in you home, so personable and friendly and we had a lot of laughs. I absolutely love On Time Experts and their people. Always quick to respond and fix any problem!
