On Time Limo Taxi Cab & Car Service, Dallas TX

On Time Limo lived up to its name because he arrived before he was due. My driver greeted me with a hearty hello while being very attentive and making sure I did not have to do anything but enjoy my ride. When I informed him that I didn’t get to see the city of Dallas, he took me on a mini tour showing me some of the great architecture that the City of Dallas has to offer. We went over the prettiest Bridge, President Kennedy assassination site, saw the expensive but necessary new hospital, and more. He even narrated and paused for my pictures and videos. I really thank him for making my departure to the airport so much more interesting. The Cadillac Escalade was very clean, room, and smooth sailing. My experience was celebrity style. Isaiah, my driver, was very kind, intelligent, and patient. Thank you for that! So book your ride so you can relax and be comforted in knowing that you are in good hands. I highly recommend this company and the experience they have to offer.

Wow! Isaiah was amazing! I talked with him 2 days before we arrived for WOMAN EVOLE 23. He was so nice, helpful, and no wonder the business is called ON TIME…. Because Isaiah was ALWAYS ON TIME & he corespondent every trip! We are coming back to Texas next month and we will definitely use ON TIME LIMO TAXI CAB & CAR

I was looking for shuttle service that can take me and my family from home to DFW airport and back from DFW to home. I looked in yelp and reached out to On Time Limo service based on the positive reviews and i was glad i did.i wrote a thorough review below, but if you don't have time to read the detail review, here is my short summary: I highly recommend Isiah, we had such positive experience and he went above and beyond to provide great service. Isiah very polite and was quick in getting back with the quote, quick in replying to my texts and even picked up my call. Isiah showed up on time to drive us from home to DFW and was already waiting for us as we touched down in DFW for the return trip home. Overall positive experience, and i will definitely reach out to Isiah again for future trips.

Here is my detailed review:
Filled out my trip information on their website, and within couple of hours later Isiah texted me with quotes and recommendation. I was still looking around for few options, few days before the trip, Isiah followed up if i was still interested and was willing to work with me which i truly appreciate.

At all time, Isiah was always quick to respond to my texts and picked up my call, really great communication.

We were traveling with 2 little kids, 8 large suitcases, 2 carry ons and two back packs, Isiah recommended to get a mini bus to ensure all the luggage fit and I'm glad we went with the minibus because all our luggage fit nicely.

The night before our trip, i texted Isiah again to confirm because our pick up time was at 7am, Isiah immediately responded back to my text and confirmed that everything was all set. The next day, Isiah showed up on time with the two car seats i requested for my kids.

Since i traveled internationally and i didn't have access to my normal cell, i was a bit nervous when i returned if Isiah was going to remember to pick us up. As soon as i landed in DFW, i texted Isiah to see if he still remembers to pick us up, sure enough, he replied immediately back to me that he was actually already waiting in the parking lot.simply amazing.

It still took me another 2 hours to go thru immigration and get our luggage, Isiah patiently waited for us and gave us detailed direction on where to go on where he parked, which is pretty much right in front of the gate where we got out. When we got there, Isiah was ready and had the car doors opened for us, helped us load our luggage and off we went straight home.

Mr. Isaiah paid attention to my family’s specific needs. We had a LOT of luggage. He arranged an appropriate vehicle at a price that I could afford. He sent me the driver’s name and cell number. The driver arrived on time. He was courteous and helped me with the luggage. He stopped right next to Southwest’s curb check-in at Love Field. And he helped unload the bags. All factors considered, On Time Limo is class act! Five stars!

Our experience with this car service was exceptional. We had to be picked up at 3: 00 A. M the morning for our flight. Our driver, Isiah, was on time! Highly recommend this company.

We cannot recommend Isaiah for family airport transfers enough. He arrives on time in a clean vehicle with car seats already installed (3 for us). There is plenty of room for luggage. Upon return to Dallas, he tracked our flight and picked us up immediately at baggage claim. He was also very communicative during the process, and prices are reasonable. Thank you Isaiah!

The van was clean and Isaiah drove carefully. He was super patient as well, as I needed extra time to install the child car seats we brought for our trip.
