THEY ARE VERY RUDE! ON TOP OF THINGS & TOO PICKY ABOUT ITEMS. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK! I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY DO THINGS & HOW THERE EMPLOYEES ACT.

I’ve been to this store a handful of times and not once has anyone said hello when I walk through the door. The first time I thought maybe they were busy but everyone after I’ve noticed it’s not a practice to greet people when you walk in. Next, the staff members aren’t friendly, I can recall 2 girls only that were “ok” and treated me decently. This last time I went in I will acknowledge I didn’t read the requirements for selling, so that’s my fault, but the way the girl scolded me about not doing things the way I was supposed to and not using the name on my license versus my sign in with just humiliating. Sandra/sandi, got it no problem, it’s habit that I don’t go by my legal name, again my bad. But for all that she would “do it for me this time” I walked away from her feeling I did EVERYTHING wrong and I do mean everything. She never smiled or offered the policies in a kind way then I would have had a different experience, and to make matters worse she only was buying two items and offering $2. Again I totally understand there are requirements but it almost felt that she was punishing me for having come in not knowing the policy upfront. Don’t worry though I did but items from the store so a sell was made. Keep in mind that people will be loyal and return when they feel welcome, it matters how you treat people and your business being successful and after reading other reviews it looks like there is a trend.

Whatever bro on the clothes place.this use to be an Albertsons and another cherry skate spot Bro!

I like this location. I’ve sold to them two times and both experiences were great. Just make sure you read up on their policies and it’ll be easier as the seller when you drop off your items. I had girl clothes NB to 2T and placed them flat in the bin in a clear tote with a lid. This helps them tremendously as they go through several bins within a day as they can evaluate your items faster. My offer was ready the following day and it was a reasonable offer. I was just happy to get rid of extra clothing! Very nice staff and it was a nice turnaround to get my offer.

As far as inventory this place is hit or miss. I gave it two stars only because each interaction with the staff has been very unpleasant. I sold 20+ pieces of clothing for store credit. I went in now twice this my second time attempting to use my store credit and the first time I was not in their system they couldn't find me or any record of me whatsoever today she found me in her system but no records no receipts nothing. I showed her my receipt my copy and the amount that we agreed upon, etc. The attitude I got from the employee there was outrageous she told me that she could not even honor the receipts because they were from October then she came up with another excuse and another to deny me. I asked for the owners information stood there for another 10 minutes and have resolved nothing.

They favoritism they can leave you for last It’s my first time at this location and already giving a thumbs down and the employee has an additude when shen she speaks I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone good luck people on your visit

Always have the cutest items at the best price for growing kids. Also fair deals on buying gently used items. I send everyone here.

No buying on a Saturday. I don’t shop unless I can sell. I won’t be back as this location seems less organized than once upon a child I have been to (in Dallas, McKinney)

Everytime I come here it’s at least one person who has some type of weird attitude. But this time the thing I found very rude was when we were checking out we saw this Funko Pop figure that we were going to buy. We put it on the counter and because another employee behind her said “that’s mine, I wanna buy it” we were not able to. I think that’s super rude and not right. If it was hers as she so claimed she should have bought it rather than leaving it where customers can see it and purchase. Anyways I thought that was just rude all together my son loves those things and due to the lady who “wanted” it we were unable to purchase.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at for my daughter. I can always count on finding cute clothes at an inexpensive price. The workers are always trying their best and since this place tends to get busy you can tell it is a bit overwhelming for them.
I signed up for emails so that I am in the loop on when they receive buys and when their counter is closed. Due to the amount of people who take bins of clothes for cash they have started to limit the bin to one.
They do require an ID to sell your clothes and they ask that your clothes be nicely folded.
The best way to get more information is through their emails!

I have been coming here for months now to prepare for my new baby and get my older kids clothing for the new school year, recently Halloween, and soon we will be back for winter clothing.
Their selection is HUGE. And the clothes and gear are in fantastic condition. I have been to kid resale stores and this place has really captured me by their quality, AMAZONG DEALS, and selection. They have gained a momma of 3 as a customer and always have to tell myself to be good when i go in lol.
Some of the reviews that are negative seem very shallow thought. They do their best to keep a well irganized system. And with the prices they offer you have to understand that they can't pay you top dollar for your used items. Its resale. I guve this business alot of credit and tell every mom I know about it. My husband is even obsessed.

This is they worst place to take stuff. I've been waiting two damn days almost for them to finish with my things and it wasn't even that many things.

Very rude. Nasty attitude. I drove 3 1/2 One way. So 7 both ways. Only took one tub. Never told me that nor does video say that. Told me they would be done that day. They closed early. Told me to come back the nt day. 7 hour? Really. She knew. I was from out of town. Refused to give me managers contact info. They kept my belongings. I want something done. I am livid. Will tell everybody about this.

This store is well kept and the staff is kind and considerate. I was having a wretched Monday and the young man went out of his way to help despite being short staffed.

OK first of all the store is very neat and clean. Cool on a very hot day. Selection is like wow! So then we come to the facts. I live very far away from this store but it is the closest. So being the responsible person I am I did call ahead to make sure me being able to get my clothes seen and appraised before they close the girl I spoke said and I quote, " you always want to be sure to call ahead to make sure that the buyer is able to look at the clothes" and I said well I planning on bringing them today.she said "okay, yeah that's fine there's not that many people right now and the buyer is in". So I said so then it's fine for me to bring my stuff in and she said "yes. " I get here and they said that I didn't have them laid out right or something so I did that for them in about 10 minutes or so, then after signing in they're telling me that there's so many people ahead of me that they don't know if they'll be able to get me in and out today. When I very specifically told him that I have to be finish today, (since you know I did call ahead for that purpose) there are no other people in the store waiting for clothes to be done so what is the deal with skipping ahead with mine since i have a very small amount of items, maybe they could get more clothes done if the guy that was with the girl in the store werent playing around wasting time. I'm mean I got there 2 hrs before they closed anyway so instead of checking clothes he was playing around joking and believe it or not making fun of me, with the girl there, like trying to be cool about it too as if I didn't realize what he was doing. So if I hadn't been lied to and made fun of and then told I'd have to come back wen I very plainly said I could not do that.would have got 5, but well sorry for me and y'all.

7.20.2022 Ooh, I couldn't wait for maps to ask me for a review of this place! My son is older now & wears men's sizes but I had 2 totes of things that I've been gathering until I had enough to bring. Well I had 2 full totes & OUAC took almost everything and I only got $58? ! No I did not expect 100s but I did expect $80-85! {I had new jeans in there w/tags}!
I see nothing has changed since back when he was a little person. I'm pretty sure my pay out was "based on something orher than the clothing" because I also had name brand shirts and a pr of hiking boots he'd only worn once, still in the box! It's ok, because I don't have to ever return, not even for my young Grandkids. I'm good! ‍️ ¯_ಠ_ಠ_/¯

Don’t waste your time here. Will make you bend over backwards to have clothes looked at, and this is coming from someone who washed ironed and laid the clothes out flat as asked to do on their website. They are also several days behind meaning you will have to wait several business days for your stuff to be looked at and an offer made. They girl I encountered working the buy counter was also very rude. I walked in to ask if they were taking buys as I know some days there are not due to employees calling in. She slightly nodded her head and didn’t even look at me, seemed annoyed someone was there to bring in items

They told us they couldn't accept donations in a trash bag. They told us to go across the street, buy a box at the Dollar tree and bring our donations back in the box from the Dollar tree. I'm not going to buy something to make a donation. It looks like we'll be giving all of our donations to the Goodwill thanks. ‍️
