Great prices and wonderful selection! An excellent way to get clothes for kids when you don’t want to spend a lot just for them to outgrow it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with my visit, I was able to sell most of my stuff for an incredible price and their selection was awesome! Thank you everyone for doing a great job and for being one of the best Once Upon a Chikd stores around! Will definitely return!

Of all the OUAC I have been to (and there have been many since acquiring a lot of unused baby clothes and items) this one has by far been the best. All the employees are incredibly welcoming and nice I have walked into so many where the people have an attitude immediately making it an overall unpleasant experience. But here? !? Everyone has such a good vibe. They all get along great and work together to take on the demands of the store. I couldn’t leave without saying something to sing their praises. My favorite OUAC to come to by far!

They seriously just tried to scam me then gaslight me on what items I brought in. When I told them I didn’t receive all my items back they told me over and over that they checked the cameras and I got everything back. When I was finally able to get back to the store they had my bin that I told them was missing waiting on the countertop and gave some lame excuse. Will never come here again for the lack of integrity, training, and follow through. Waste of time, effort, and gas. Will only take my stuff to Kid to Kid from now on.

Absolutely amazing place! I picked up a crib yesterday and it wouldn't fit in my van put together, so the employee helped me take it apart in the parking lot and get it in my car I appreciate the help so much! Amazing place and amazing employees

Very friendly staff, great customer service, the best place to shop for growing kids, they have beautiful and often new clothing!

Lots of clothes selections but a bit pricey. You have to really try to find good deal here. Overall I love it. It would be better if the majority of clothes and stuffs like bassinet are not too overpriced. I ended up come home barehanded and order from Amazon instead because brand new basinet is the same price online.

Very organized, staff is very helpful i have found some very good clothes at this location! Not so much on shoes but CLOTHES is a definite yes!

I had a very pleasant experience at Once Upon a Child Copperfield. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had some children's clothing I wanted to sell and I also needed to buy my son some jeans and shirts for this upcoming school year. They gave me a fair price for the items they wanted to buy from me. I decided to use my balance to trade for new items I wanted to get for my son. I received a $5 discount on top of the trade in balance which was a great savings. I literally bought all his Levis and Polo jeans, Ralph Lauren polo shirts and t-shirts, Gap kids and a few other name brand quality items such as shorts and graphic t-shirts. This was literally a one stop shop for me and I saved so much money. 11 year olds grow so fast and I was so thankful to find clean, in like-new condition clothing for such an affordable price. I spent $50 total for easily what would have been $300 to $400 worth of clothing in a department store for the same quality clothing. I am thankful for places like OUAC.

Talk about selection. They have everything you could ever imagine for your little one. I'm preparing for our first grandchild and this place is always my first go to for the things we need.

Place is organized and clean. Staff is helpful and neat. My kids loved it and we found what we needed

I love this store! They have such a great selection of cute, quality clothes, several brands, well organized, many of them even cuter than I find in the retail stores, and the best part is that the prices are much less than retail.

I have also sold to this location several times, and the customer service is great. The employees do a nice job of providing friendly and timely service. Thank you, Once Upon a Child for the wonderful shopping experience and the service you provide!

We have been here several times and happy with the customer service, the selection, how clean the store is, etc. Sadly with all of the craziness going on, their store does not honor medical exemptions for masks. I came in and was told there are no exceptions to the mask rule (per the owner is what I was told).

Good selection almost always has a sale good price on clothes that are in great condition and always offers me a fair amount for trade ins

I messaged them about a item they responded very quickly and helped me also the item was ready for me to get in and out the store they are great!
