Don’t waste your time and shop elsewhere. Visited this store for the first time hoping to find a swing. When you walk in no one says hi to you, they just look at you like a lost deer. The swing we found was large so after we paid we couldn’t hold it and get the door open (my friend is pregnant so he can’t hold heavy things) all 3 of the employees just stood there watching us struggle and did nothing. The customer service is absolute trash. They had people in line that they had to be told to help. The employees don’t even have the bare minimum skills needed to work in retail.

Susy saved my day! I went in to their store a little sour. I wanted to donate 30 little dolls from my etsy shop since i was no longer looking to keep the shop open. I did not have the appropriate container so i would have had to make 10 trips had Suzy not stepped in i would have been upset the whole time. Overall great service.

I used to love this store but lately customer service has been terrible! Came to sell some old close didn't know about the new policy that it couldn't be in a cardboard box. After the employee made me feel embarrassed for coming in. Then the employ chewed out my kid for touching the stuffed animals. For a store that is supposed to be for kids I felt imbarresed for bringing them!

Poor customer service. Very rude. They just look at you when you’re tying to open the door with hands full of clothes and not once offer to try to help you out.

This place rips people off so much. I took them a stroller & a swing both priced brand new at $150. They bought both of them for $56. The cashier told me that they were just buying the stroller for $56 so that sounded okay to me. As I was walking out of the store with the swing they stop me & say oh no we are buying that too. I said but y’all said just the stroller? They also told me since the price was above $50 that they had to give me a check. They act like they didn’t have enough money in the drawer from the day. So I had to buy items to receive the money today. The manager was so rude a blonde lady. I will not be returning back here.

I've been coming here for years, to resell and purchase and have always found this to be a great establishment. That last few times I've noticed the service declining. However that hasn't stopped me from coming. Emily today was by far the most rude person I've encountered here. Because of her I will never be returning. I don't know what makes people get customer service jobs if they have no customer service skills. No smiling. No kindness. Don't speak to people nicely. Unkind. It's not even the fact that the decline to purchase anything. It was literally she took the stuff out of the container. I had time to answer a text message and I already was called to say my bin was complete. 124 items, complete in less than 3-4 minutes? ! Halloween costumes, brand new shirts with tags, brand new Jessica Simpson leather jacket, and many other good condition clothing. I get that not all items will be taken, that's never been an issue. But she had a personal issue with me from the moment I walked in and took it out on me by declining any purchase. I see the reviews that people are unhappy with the service they're receiving these days. May want to teach you employees happy faces, kind spirits and customer service skills go along way. Hope the service gets better. Not everything was in these picture but Pictures to show everything was prewashed. Sorted into like categories. And laid flat. Probably should have take. Pictures of how she disrespectfully through everything back in. After leaving I went to two other resale shops don’t generally go to because of pat issues (which was the reason I put all my business with y’all originally). They bought over 40 items.and took time to look at the items and have friendly conversation and at the bare minimum they said hello and greeted me. Unlike Emily or the other individual at the counter at yours. Lastly I’d like to mention Emily called someone over and had them come smell the pink formal dress I brought in, first off that was bought and never worn but still had washed it before coming in, either way if you think something smells or isn’t of standards to your store, move on. Don’t embarrass customers.

I ended up buying a chico stroller from you guys didn't use it brought it back to sell and they said they wouldn't take it because if wear and tear you guys sold it to me like that

Very good customer service HORRIBLE place to sell your kids clothes. I took over 200 items of my daughter most of them very worn once, they only took 4 items paid $5.90 WASTE of time. Their explanation; stains and/ or worn out definitely not.

Went yesterday and had an amazing experience and the employees were great they were very helpful.

I shop here for all of my kids clothes and shoes and even toys! Gently used as promised and fairly priced. Plus the staff is always super nice and helpful. Best location and used kids clothes store, hands down.

Nice place to buy from but anytime I have taken new to very gently used clothes they send everything back so it becomes a waste of time, this place is to far from the Southside. Going to start donating to goodwill.

This place has a good selection of gently used baby and kid clothing/toys/gear. Good prices too. I think most of the negative reviews are from those looking to sell their used items. I did sell them some stuff and the experience was fine. If you are looking to sell, go in with low expectations. They are not obliged to buy anything from you. It took 24hrs for me to get a quote and it was fair. Staff were consistently friendly each time I visited.

Clothes and options are great. Customer service has always been there downfall. It's like walmart. Usually wait in line for quite a bit too.

Lots of great clothes at a good price. Some can be found at store for $1 more, but for the most part everything is good.

My Name is Daniel and i dont work there because i was fired because of a majority vote and because i messed up on our time clock the funny thing is that i was fired by the asst manger but when the manger came in and ask where i was because she didn't know she said it was a no call no show but she didn't even know i got fired i still had to days on the schedule that i dint get to work what do you guys think about this i think i should have gotten paid for those 2 days

Regular sales on items that are already very well priced. Strict intake criteria means items on shelves are clean and in very good condition. Wide selection for a variety of ages from newborn to preteen. They also have a point system for discounts for repeat customers.
