I love Lauren she is the best! Always listens and gives me the best advice and understands me I would highly recommend them and it's so easy to video chat!

Do not go here. I set up an appointment letting them know I recently moved and did not have a state ID. I get scheduled with Angela and at the first appointment, she gave me my prescription. On the next appointment, I get charged for a visit, and then she realizes that I have an out-of-state ID. She then denies to give me a script after already paying. She is rude and not attentative. Save your money and time and somewhere else.

Worst place ever. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone in this office. If you call the number, someone (a foreigner) will answer the phone. It seems like their call center is in Pakistan. The lack of communication is the worst, I took my son for a session and 4 weeks later no one has called me back to schedule the testing they recommended. I don't know who to contact cause like I said, if you call the number it just gets routed to their main call center. If someone else recommends a BETTER place, please put it on this post. One more thing, they don't even schedule you with a therapist, I don't know why I got stuck with a nurse practitioner.

I really loved the staff really friendly professional especially the dr took time to listen to my problems then took her time to explain certain situations to where i could understand, what was going on with me.

Very easy to stay in contact with your doctors, they genuinely care and try to treat you rather than just handing you a bottle of pills and saying "here take this. " I see Lauren Hilz and would recommend her highly to anyone in need of psychiatric help!

My Dr is Lauren Hillzs she is the best Dr I have ever had and I have had a lot she is so sweet takes time to really find what works best for you and even on her days off willing to help you if you need her she is the best concerning

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just moved to Texas and I was looking for a new provider, and after finding another one because of my experience here I can say that they have the worst new patient process I’ve ever encountered. I was told they needed Texas residency documentation before my appointment and someone would reach out to get my documents- okay great. No one ever did, but I did email my insurance records ID etc.and included that information in the documents to fill out. At the time of my appointment they called me (not before- during the appointment time) saying they need me to send the documents now before the doctor will see me. So I did that, and when getting back on to our telehealth session they made me fill out allll of the paperwork over again for the second time, which takes approx 30 minutes. My provider, Angela Obi has horrible bed side manner, does not listen and will speak over you. During my visit she asked me all of the questions that were in the forms that I just filled out twice. Then after all of that, I was told I wouldn’t be able to receive treatment without a Texas drivers license. The other thing to mention is that getting ahold of anyone there is impossible and if you do finally reach someone, they’ll defer you to a medical assistant who will call you back within 24 hours (I never received a call back). If you’re reading this, please listen to me when I tell you that if you go quite literally to any other practice you will have 0 issues but if you want a million hoops to jump through to get proper care- this is the place for you.

I came from another state I been taking these medications for years and never had an issue…. I also been seeing a therapist then when I come here and she wants to tell me that she will reassess me and do what SHE thinks is best BUT mind you I been dealing with this since 11 and I am 29 years old. She literally would not allow me to finish a statement or even explain anything she did not even care to read over my medical mental history and what was the situation.she wanted to switch up EVERYTHING and I do not agree. She literally treated me as if I was someone just asking for meds…. She even made my anxiety high I began cry. I know if she would read this she would know exactly how bad she treated me because as I was walking out she wanted to apologize but that she feels her way is better. Smfh I am not coming back here. She probably means well but she is not fit for me.

They said they would preacribe me the meds I needed and they refused to. So i asked for a refund and they gave me $60 out of $170 I paid.

I finally found a counselor, Lauren Hilz. She’s the best! She’s not only there for mental issues, but actually cares about everything else going on. I finally feel at ease and don’t dread having to go to the Dr.

Have been struggling with anxiety and depression for over 10 years (mainly anxiety). Spent countless of dollars at hospitals because of it. When I finally decided to get help I came here. Thought I was going to speak with someone and go into detail about my issues. But instead I get set in front of a NP with her laptop as she asked question with an A B C or D choice. At the end of the visit she concluded that I need an SSRI and therapy (thought I was already there to speak with a therapist but I guess not) they would outsource that service. I tried expressing my concerns with a medication like this since I had never taken one before but she expressed the side effects where minimal and she would prescribe this medication to children I’m 30 years old by the way. So I agreed and got the script. Three days later im at the ER and miss work due to the horrible side effect of this medication it was complete hell. I called them up before going to the ER but didn’t get a call back till the next day. All they said was well stop taking the medication (which I already had) and we will see you next week for your follow up and choose a different route. Mind you the follow up is 125$ on top of the 250$ I have spent for the first visit which is a lot of money with today’s economy. I couldn’t make it to my follow up because my check was short do to missing work because of the medication I was prescribed by them. I wasn’t asking for a free follow. But something to work with. I haven’t received a call or anything to see why I missed my appointment. If I’m well. Feel like I thru my hard earned money down the toilet and got nothing resolved. For anyone that struggles with debilitating anxiety and mild depression you know that is already hard to go and seek help then when you finally do this happens. Sorry for the rant.
