One Health Dental, Dallas TX

I’ve been going to this dental office for years, I tried going somewhere else but it was not the same as one health. To the front desk all the way to the doctors, they are beyond amazing people. They have taken care of my family and I dental hygiene and i couldn’t be any happier with their service. They always try their very best to accommodate me into their schedule, they are very punctual with time and have amazing communication with their patients. The manager is one of a kind. If your looking for a dentist office for you and your family you have to come here.

Personally, I recommend this dental clinic to everybody! I’ve been going there since last year, treat you like a family, 5 star service! Nataly is the best so nice and friendly and the lady in the front as well?

This was my sons first time here and we loved it, the staff is amazing and the dr is great with kids. Definitely will bring my whole family here!

The whole family went for dental work: 3 children and 2 adults. Everyone in the clinic were very pleasant. The whole staff are very friendly and accomodating. Dr. Lui were very nice, thorough and took time explaining everything to us. We had a great dental experience.

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person when I went in for a checkup. Staff was very nice and I trusted the doctor since he was very transparent with me regarding all my options.

This was my son's 1st visit to this location. Staff was very friendly, when I couldn't go back with him I was a little nervous because we never been here before. My son ended up having to have a tooth pulled and 1 filling. My son Doesn't not open up very easily to people he does not know. Once Dr had me to come back to explain the after care my son had told Dr his whole life story. To get him to talk my son they made him feel really comfortable and that is one of the most important thing. Dr assistant was very knowledgeable about aftercare. Thank for an Excellent Job Done

I've been in pain and seeking nearest dentist to home. So, I searched Google and OneHealth Dental was the closet. I like to read reviews first before I go anywhere new, I must admit. ALL REVIEWS were true. The entire office was so sweet, compassionate and personable from the list to the Dentist and his Assistant. I didn't feel a thing & has 2 pulled. THANK YOU ALL for taking such good care of me. I now have a new office & close to home.

I've went to this place since before they moved from Celebrity Dental to across the street. Today was the 1st time I dealt with rudeness, questionable procedures, and argumentative employess. The dental assistant would not listen to what i had to say about the sole purpose of me making the original appt (12-21-20). I was told that a cavity didnt show up on the xray, nor did she inform the doctor of this. She said it would be removed during cleaning. Today (1-18-21) i go for that cleaning only to be told that my tooth will need a crown. I informed front desk employee about this procedure, she proceeds to cover for the other employee before i had a chance to tell her the full story. After listening to her lengthy point of view on the situation, i attempted to plead my case.where i am being interupted. I could not speak to either front desk workers due to the both of them being intervening obstacles. This visit's experience has caused me to seek dental services elsewhere. I have the entire conversation recorded!

Great service with friendly people and great time management. Can not beat it. It was over before I knew it started and I felt nothing.

What a wonderful dentist office! The staff was friendly, helpful and really made the effort to put me at ease. I'm phobic about dentists, which is what I don't go as often as I should. But when I called with tooth pain, they got me in right away. And the doctor was amazing, giving all kinds of analogies to help me understand the importance and reason for practicing good oral hygiene. They even worked it out so I can get the more expensive stuff done this year, and come back in January for the stuff that can wait. Just wonderful! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Went in for an emergency tooth removal. Office was clean and comfortable. Everyone was super nice and professional. They explained everything beforehand and were very patient when I asked questions.

I will recommend One Health Dental to my Family n Friends.
I will not leave.

Top notch dental care here. I've had a lot of bad experiences with dental offices in the past. I am so happy to say that I've finally overcome my fears and anxieties through the friendliness and warmth of this office. I'll never leave this place:).
