One Hour, San Antonio TX

Bryan at One Hour was great. I had condensation leaking from the AC vents in several rooms. Other companies gave me quotes for thousands of dollars to replace all of my duct work to fix the problem. Bryan found a few issues with the current ducts and gave me a very reasonable quote to fix those issues. Bryan walked me through what was planned to be fixed using the itemized quote he created for me. On the day of the work, they arrived on time, and it took them about 4 hours to complete the work. They took pictures of the before and after and showed me the pictures at the end of the work they completed. He described why the fixes were necessary and how the fixes would solve the condensation issues I was having. Bryan has excellent communication skills and was very polite.

Woke up to an uncomfortably warm house and called at 6am on a Saturday, figuring I'd get a recording about their hours of operation. Instead, I got an answer, and they dispatched a service tech - Jonathan showed up about 9am and Nathan joined later in the day. They stayed until seven in the evening to make sure the system was operational. Highly impressed with their responsiveness and tenacity.

Bryan with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Pflugerville-Austin came on one of the hottest days of the week when we didn’t have air conditioning and saved the day. He fit us in last minute and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, find a part that would work, fix it and then stayed until he was sure that our house was cooling off.
