I feel bad for the ac guy to wait for me for an hour but the staff all remained professional. The ac repair guy even gave me option to get the service fee discounted by 15%. Would refer them to friends.

Danny traveled a long way to get to me late, diagnosed the problem promptly, and did not charge me extra for an after-hours call. I am impressed with both his technical and customer skills. He will be the first I call on if I have any HVAC problems in the future. Good dude.

Told me I needed to spend $5800 for 1.5 condenser to get AC running. Instead called another company the following day who charged $240 to fix the issue. I will never use them again.

As always this company does a great job. I have used them for many years and would highly recommend. Always responsive, and it’s nice to know that we can trust them with our heating and air conditioning needs. Conner was on time, professional and personable. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently to identify our issue. He had to leave to get a replacement part, but came back to finish the job the same morning. Conner answered my questions and was very respectful of the property. We now have sir again. Over all, I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you

Juan was an absolute blessing and the company is as well. Ac was on the Fritz and temp rose to over 80 degrees today and I’m in Texas. He came out and saw what the problem was and corrected it. Very kind and patient with me and my father and how we had to communicate with my father being deaf. Juan is the man. God Bless

My experience with Erik has been nothing less that exceptional. I had 2 other companies look at our issue and while everyone reached a similar conclusion, Erik found a leak. I want to know that the person that I’m hiring to find a solution to o my problem knows all about what the issue is fix it.

All I was asking for was pricing information and services provided. I received the information and became a future customer. My service will start in the fall of 2023.

Juan was very informative and professional, walked me through everything he was doing. The bill was not outrageous, granted it wasn't "cheap", but if I knew how to fix it I wouldn't have called!

Horrible the person that came to the house was not very patient and also he was rude I would not recommend this place I went by the reviews and was totally wrong to think this was true but it was not

I needed a Total changing of our A/C and heating system. They were able to repair the heating system. Then came into the home and did a total replacement system. They came in got busy and did a great professional service, I will use them again.

From the lady at the front desk to the service techs everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

I have used Rockwall one hour air conditioning for four years. They’ve always been professional and helpful and teaching a housewife how to take care of the air conditioner, but Nathan Dickinson and Connor and Richard from one hour Air conditioning are the best …. Extremely friendly, personable, a true blessing to meet, very thorough, knowledgeable good people and company. Ashleigh who starts the process for you always makes you feel better in a stressful situation when she answers the phone. I was very well pleased with their service and their prices. Hard to find folks like Nathan these days would highly highly recommend.

Called one hour heating / AC to come out to inspect my unit. Wasn’t having any issues just wanted it inspected and tuned up. And had some questions around hvac. Technician Erik Cooper arrived on time and was professional. He inspected both units (condenser and plenum/central unit in attic)

He ran multiple tests and explained everything clearly. He did recommend a few things but he gave me options based on what we could afford.

Full transperancy he did say our unit was cooling and performing with no leaks, but he still tried to sell us on a new system. He said our unit is fine but probably not cost effective due to its age which will result in higher electric bills. We got quoted for a new system at 13k, 18k and 24k. Which I felt was high. I also wish they didn’t try to sell you on a unit if it’s not actually needed.

Erik was still friendly and understanding. Would use again for any work in the future but just be aware they may try to sell you on a unit you don’t necessarily need immediately.

Amazing service! Problem solved and we are enjoying cool air in the house again! Tech was most courteous and knowledgeable! Will be using them again!
